“Friendly service”
We found the staff to be very accomendating, great service. Beach area was one of the best on the strip.Included breakfast was very good
“Amazing Hotel Experience - A Very Special Place to Stay”
Wonderful hotel - the closest description I can give is that it felt like being on the Titanic. The Hotel building is old and a protected building so updating it is very expensice and difficult in Italy. But the service is stunning, the staff, wonderful, the food brilliant, the pool and beach are fantastic too. I wouldn't bother going too far outside the hotel in Rimini, but there are a few nice restaurants close by if you don't want to eat there every night. Highly recommended for anybody into stylish, traditional almost antique service that you just don't get in multinational chains and delicious food in a wonderful setting.
“Elegance on the Adriatic”
Extremely elegant hotel, where the quality of service and facilities gave the impression of having stepped back in time to a 'Hercule Poirot' era. Service was at an extremely high standard, as was the quality of the food at all meals. The private beach was not crowded in an area and time of year when one might have expected otherwise. The beach restaurant was of particular value when relaxing and not wishing to depart to the main hotel as the sun reached its zenith. I thoroughly recommend this hotel when one fancies a classy holiday in an Italian beach resort.
“Beautiful, Grand, Old Hotel.”
Our arrival at this hotel was very pleasant right from the start. Attention to detail was great. Had booked a superior room and were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment on arrival. Extemely busy moto grand prix weekend, but no stress for the hotel. Staff on the front desk spoke very good English and nothing was a problem for them. The hotels private beach area is a really relaxing way to spend your day although the price for using the facility is pretty heavy. Overall a lovely old nostalgic hotel, with a great feel for history. We had a very happy experience at this hotel.

My Partner and I had a lovely relaxing time at The Grand. The staff were friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was good, food great. very romantic....So romantic I proposed to my lovely partner on stag, and then had this wonderful singer, sing while we danced..Could it get any better...Thank you the Grand Hotel of Rimini. Even though it rained every day while I was there, the comfort of the Grand Hotel made it worthwhile. Great staff.

Stylish hotel in fabulous location. Not the best service I've had but the hotel has such a sense of grandier about it it really does feel like a treat.

“Great Luxurious Hotel”
Very nice hotel all around. One gets the feeling of old-world luxury, where the hotel clearly hasn't changed much in the last century. Be aware, however, that a lot of the services, such as the private beach, are not entirely set up outside of the summer. The restaurant is excellent as well and the breakfast is great. Also, the rooms are equipped with excellent satellite TV with a lot of American shows (a rarity in Italian hotels).
“Grand hotel rimini”
Tres bel hotel, situé dans un petit parc et à quelques metres de la plage. Services et personnels très bons à l'hotel et ses annexes. Deux petits points noirs : certaines chambres sont moins belles que d'autres dans la meme gamme de prix; et l'isolation interne et externe n'est pas bonne. Notre enfant n' a pas trop aimé les concerts donnés dans l'hotel à coté le soir jusqu'à une heure du matin. Mais nous avons passé deux semaines superbe et nous y retournerons avec plaisir
