“One night stay at the Howard Johnson in Rigaud.”

“Pas cher et très correct pour le prix”

L'hôtel n'est pas cher et le confort est satisfaisant. Les chambres et les draps sont propres. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Il y a un grand parking devant l'hôtel. Sur demande, il est possible d'avoir gratuitement un réfrigérateur et un micro-onde. Le signal du Wifi est bon et la vitesse est correcte. Les TV ne sont pas à écran plat mais il y a un décodeur satellite avec plusieurs centaines de chaines TV (dont plus de 50 en français). Il est également possible de faire laver son linge pour 7$+taxes. Le seul point négatif est le bruit, si on est à l'avant de l'hôtel on entend un peu les camions qui passe sur l'autoroute, si on est à l'arrière de l'hôtel c'est plus calme mais parfois durant la nuit il y a des camions qui s'arrête à côté et qui n'éteigne pas leur moteur. Si l'on est une personne âgée ou malade il faut s'assurer d'avoir une chambre au rez-de-chaussée car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et l'escalier est raide. L'hôtel ne se trouve pas à Rigaud même, mais à la sortie d'avant (No 17). Il y a un petit restaurant dans l'hôtel pour avoir le déjeuner et le repas de midi (mais fermé le soir), sinon à pied il y a des fast-food et restaurants. On peut rejoindre centre de Montréal en 45-60 minutes. Je vous recommande également de faire un tour dans le nord (par exemple jusqu'à Brookdale) en passant les petites routes et le pont de Hawkesbury, il y a plein de petit lac et de rivières. Pensez à prendre/acheter un GPS ou une carte détaillée avec vous.
