“Richmond Hill Hotel”
We upgraded to executive room. Great view, very comfortable bed. Nice and central. Would prefer more than 2 sachets of non decaf coffee as it seems quite tight in view of room cost.

Great location, clean and comfortable room, great service and accommodating staff. Couldn't ask for more in a hotel, to be honest. A pleasant 15 minutes walk to the shops at Richmond, and numerous beautiful gardens nearby the hotel.

Room was nice, staff were fine. I did not use the spa facilities but my friend did and she said they were lovely.

Exactly as listed on the Web site. We used it as a base to shop in London and after a 15 walk to Richmond station (or a 7 pound taxi ride) a 15 min train ride had us at Waterloo. Only issue with the hotel was that they had a lot of functions going on (well it was Christmas) so parking was limited and there was nowhere around to park so make sure you get there early to bag a space. We're going back in Feb to take the Grandkids and will definitley stop there again.

“Good overnight booked at last minute”
we only booked accom so used no facilities other than the room, which was small but with plenty of space for travellers' 'stuff'. It suited our purposes very well being clean and well run, and minimal noise from other rooms. Hotel had also met my request re position of room which was pleasing.

Clean, attractive hotel, good location for Richmond, top of Richmond Hill and near good pubs and resturants. Resturant food good but a bit limited. Breakfast also good. Reliable and friendly staff. My co-workers and I routinely stay here or a couple of other Richmond Hill hotels when in London.
“Excellent site to get to Twicenham and a great hotel”
Good service and close to the venue of the sporting fixture we were to go to. Good excercise facilities and great transport links to the rest of london.
“Richmond Upon Thames”
At check in the staff were friendly and polite however we were given a room that had not been cleaned. We were swiftly upgraded to a nicer (clean) room but it was a bit disappointing after a long journey! The Hotels restaurant was supurb for both dinner and breakfast.
