“Charming and still posh”

Room was very clean, hotel services were polite and helpful. Exercise room was best I've seen in a hotel, new clean equipment & wipes for the machines; the pool area has an inside-to-outside tunnel that kids will love in the summer when both sides are open. Outdoor area in back of hotel makes up for the "view" of the highway & parking lot. Would definitely stay there again with the same pricing.

“Three Night Stay”

Based on a three night stay. Decor in the lobby/restaurant/room was tasteful and modern, not in need of major overhaul as I've read elsewhere. The only out-dated item was the ice machine, but aren't they all? The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Did not eat in the restaurant but room service breakfast was good. Did not use pool/hot tub?/gym but walked by these areas which looked well maintained. The indoor and outdoor pools communicate and, in total, are not very large. There is a pond nearby with fountain, paved walkways and pier for feeding the ducks, geese, turtles and fish that live there. Mail sent out at the front desk made it to its destination in a timely manner. Cannot comment on the location/distance from tourism sites, as I chose the hotel based on proximity to a friend's house. Would certainly stay here again if visiting Richmond.

“New Hotel of Choice in Richmond”

We loved the Sheraton in Midlothian. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and kind. They paid attention to details. We met our breakfast waiter in the elevator - he knew our floor number! The beds were extremely comfortable. The indoor/outdoor pool was beautiful. Our 13 year old had a ball. My husband doesn't want to stay anywhere else when he returns to Richmond. We had our dog with us and she was treated like a princess too!

“Nice stay in Richmond's southside”

The Sheraton Richmond Park South was great - very clean; huge, beautiful lobby; and friendly staff. The room itself was very comfortable - two blankets (one was either down or down alternative - my favorite!) were perfect for layering. Nice flat screen tv, and the bathroom was well equipt. Kind of a hike from downtown, but since we were visiting family on the southside it was a great location. Overall a very nice, comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend it.

“a little over priced”

Nice hotel, a little overpriced for the location. I stay there two to three times a year for business. The same people have been working the front desk for the last three years and they never acknowledge I am a returning guest. Make sure to check your bill for things you may not have used.

“Nice hotel”

Very nice staff, room was clean, breakfast buffet food was of good quality. Meeting facilities are nice and the high speed internet access is good. It would be nice to have wireless in the rooms as well as just the lobby. Maybe as an option for repeat guests? Bathrooms should have an exhaust fan. There was some sort of vent in mine, but barely working if working at all.
