Right off of Broad Street - convenient location wherever you need to get to on the west end. Only complaint I have from staying 2 times is a hum in one of the t.v.'s - older CRT styles were in both of the rooms I stayed in. Other then that, no complaints.

The hotel personnel were friendly and accomodating. The hotel offers a continental breakfast. The hotel was also located in an ideal area where there were many nearby dining options as well as shopping centers/mall.

“Move to Richmond”

Staff was exceptionally accommodating -- willing to assist no matter how large or small the request. The room was always cleaned thoroughly.

“Wish I would have stayed longer”

This was a very nice place, very clean very friendly people. From the guy that worked at the pool to the housekeeper they helped in every way they could and were very nice to my wife and I. Great stores and resturants within walking distance. Good breakfast they never ran out of food. We got up late one morning and there was still plenty to eat. We plan on going back again next year or maybe just as a weekend getaway.

Nice place in all respects, except that air conditioner did not provide hot air (but it was warm in a hotel anyway). Would stay another night. Was cheap for Quality Inn brand
