“Great hotel at a great price - highly recommended”

Of all the hotels in the Richmond West End/Glen Allen area, this is by far the nicest and most accommodating. The hotel is clean, the beds are new and ultra comfortable, and the staff is top notch. The hotel is convenient to many of the area business, restaurants, shopping, etc.

“nice hotel”

The only problem I encountered was that there was a loud wedding party across the hall. It lasted until 3 am. It was poor planning on the hotel's part for putting me in the room. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

“Excellent choice for the Richmond, VA area”

We booked this hotel a few days before our trip, through expedia, because the hotel the wedding had reserved was full. The rooms were very well appointed, with down bedding and pillows. Very comfortable to sleep in. Very nice lobby. The cleanup the morning after our stay was not the best with potato chips in the hallway, but all in all a great experience.

“Nice, comfortable hotel”

We really liked this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice beds. The hotel grounds were well kept, and the hotel was in a quiet suburban setting. We would return to this hotel.

Overall good place to stay. Room had a musty smell when we first checked in.

“not too bad”

The hotel was nice, rooms were a bit smallish but well maintained and comfortable. All of the accent lighting in the room was halogen lighting which was very annoying. The bar was pretty decent but the restaurant was not good. A bit a far from the city center, but I liked the town, it had the small city feel of a Salt Lake City or a Santa Fe, quite, cute, blah, blah, blah.
