“Would Go Back!”
I really enjoyed this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was very quiet so I can relax and enjoy my stay. The pool was sufficient. The breakfast had variety while I was there -- bacon, sausage, hash browns, eggs, cereal, waffles, fruit, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!!
“great location, lots of restaurants and stores nearby”
Conveniently located off 64 near major business park. Very friendly and helpful staff, have stayed there 3 days a week for 2 of 3 past weeks. Plan to return again. 7-11 store adjacent to hotel property with many good restaurants and ta mall within 5 min. Rates are slightly higher than neighboring properties (the Hilton family effect)but not enough to cause me to not stay there again.

“Nice to come Home again.”
Lived in Richmond area for 18 years and so I knew the area. Had stayed in Hampton Inns in College Park, MD area, so I knew they were good. Though the stay was short the staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly and courteous. The room was clean. The amenities were fine. And your breakfast buffet was very good. My only complaint is that unless you really know the area, it is confusing to get to the hotel. The directional signage is not very good, and this may be a county government issue, rather than a hotel issue. You can find yourself going in circles trying to get into the parking lot.

“Wonderful Experience”
Every member of the staff was so friendly - either saying hello or asking if I slept well or if I needed anything. The hotel was in a great location- less than 2 miles to Innsbrook Pavillion where I saw an outdoor concert. It is also within walking distance to a really great diner and a few feet away from a 7-11. The continental breakfast had a lot more variety than at other hotels I have stayed at including a lot of fruit, belgian waffles, an egg scramble and home fries. I had a really great sleep and felt like the hotel appreciated my being there. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

“Good value with helpful staff”
For the money, an excellent value - room was comfortable and amenities more than sufficient. Hotel staff was very helpful in finding area restaurants that suited our needs. With all of the local options, we would definitely look to go back there in the future.
“Great Stay”
We went to King's Dominion for the day. We live in MD so this Hotel location was further south. However, it was worth traveling about 20 minutes for. We had excellent service and wonderful complimentary hot breakfast. We would stay again!
