The property listed breakfast. All they had was regular coffee and a small packaged muffin. Nothing else and no decaffeinated coffee. no coffee maker in the room. The reception person was nowhere to be found when I was checking out. So, I just left and couldn't get a bill.

I like the location of this property and had no issues with noise inside or outside the property, however, my room was below my expectations. Hotel didnt have enough pillows available and upon arrival hallways had a terrible odor.

Upon arriving the front desk staff was so nice. I could tell the hotel was worn and older but as long its clean. I got relocated here from expedia as my Marriott reservation got canceled. This was the dirtiest hotel i have stayed in. I didn’t even want to take a shower as it was chipped paint and dirt. Also have noticed bug not only in bathroom but coming in and out of the wall boards. My sheets are stained and black stuff on the bed comforter and floor. I think is coming from the AC units. I am on 3rd floor. Smells like urine in hallway, kitch and fridge disgusting. I am so grossed out and surprised this was where expedia relocated me and said would be equal to the Marriott.

The night front desk agent was very friendly and accommodating! I however had the worst experience I have ever had at an hotel feom day one. When I checked in a male front desk agent showed me my room I then accepted conditions and he gave me my keys. I then left to go grocery shopping came back to discover that my room had been occupied by another customer. So I was issued another room. Then for the next 4 days I had to keep getting my card programmed because it would work and I never put it near my phone. And to top it off the gym was completely out of order !

They say breakfast is included, but the person checking us in said they have coffee and muffins and that's it (his words). There was really strong smell off the 2nd floor elevator of some kind of fish smell first night and again 2nd night; wasn't there during the day time when we left and returned. We've stayed here in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2022. Property is about the same condition, but the welcome wasn't welcoming this time.

Great for basic accommodations
We live in the area but went to a concert downtown and wanted to all stay over. The hotel was clean and no complaints. I did find it odd that they have no ice in the premises.

Location was great to places to eat and shopping especially for the price. I only have two complaints: 1. It's not advertised that you have to request dishes, silverware, ice trays, and other items that I expected to have in the room; 2. They were advertised as serving breakfast but we were informed upon arrival that there would be no breakfast!
