“Nice! Excellent breakfast buffet”

I was there for a few days on business and a little sightseeing. A very nice hotel not too far from downtown. Very clean and efficient, and an excellent breakfast buffet. Wireless internet in rooms. It was a little tricky to find, but maybe that's just me.

My family absolutely loved this hotel. It was beautiful, clean, and the breakfast buffet that is included is the icing on the cake! Definitely will stay there again.

“Valentine's”

My stay was just for one night but it was really nice. The rooms have been renovated and feel like brand new. The restaurant had great food, and the made to order omelets station is always good at any Embassy. I enjoyed my stay. We don't live that far away but wanted to get away for Valentine's. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

“Embassy Suites Richmond”

I loved this hotel. The manager's reception and breakfast were wonderful, and the room is very comfortable and well appointed. The proximity to the University of Richmond is a great plus. Staff was friendly and professional.

“Family of 4 with Teen/Pre-Teen Loved It!”

Family of 4 with children 14 and 12 taking a long weekend getaway. Couldn't have had a much better experience, with the exception that the "Manager's Reception" on Saturday was absolutely WALL-TO-WALL with people and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. They were trying hard, but they were just out-manned. Enjoyed the pool and the staff was very cordial and willing to offer recommendations on local establishments for eating, shopping, etc. I'd love to stay there again and on any return trip, Embassy Suites - Richmond will be our first choice.

“Great Value”

Service was excellent. Staff was helpful, friendly, professional and accomodated every request. The room was clean as was the rest of the facility (we used their dining, louge, gym and pool areas). The carpeting in the hallways was well padded, meaning no footsteps from passers-by were heard despite having rooms by the elevators. The atrium made for a nice waiting area, much more pleasant than a traditional lobby. The rates were fair, especailly considering they included a nice breakfast and parking. Also, the hotel's location just off the highway was well marked and easy to get to but not on a road with heavy traffic. Several restaurants were within walking distance which was also a plus.

“Great Hotel -- Great Staff”

I loved this hotel. The management goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had to stay somewhere else for a weekend--absolutely no comparison. This hotel has it right!
