“Will be using Country Inn Suites again when I go back to see my son in school.”

The Inn was very central to everything, malls, my sons school, as well as restaurants. My family and I will definitely using the Inn again when we go back to vist him. I am planni g on bringing my extended family for the next family visit. I am only sorry that we didn.'t take advantage of any of the amenities that the hotel had, pool, etc. Truth be told there was just not enough time. But I am glad to know that it is available should we chose to use these facilities.

“Still feels new”

Clean clean clean. It's just clean rooms, but with a friendly staff and good net connection, what do you want. Breakfast is just the basics, but neat and clean

The hotel staff was very friendly and our room was nice and clean upon our arrival. Check in took less than a minute and we were on our way to our room. The pool was great as was the location. We felt very safe going out for dinner that night. The breakfast the next morning was very good and checkout was very fast. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool, which was small but worked for them.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean, the pool was warm and the staff was friendly. Once I got back home I realized I had left my $400 cell phone in the room. I called the front desk, they retrived my phone and had it FEDEX to me early the next day! The hotel was quiet and about 15mins from Kings Dominion park. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

“Very nice hotel in Richmond!”

We stayed one night while visiting Kings Dominion amusement park. Although a little further from the park than I would like, the hotel was very clean and the staff was so nice. The beds were even comfortable which is hard to find in hotels.

“Good stay”

The stay was a very pleasant one. The beds and pillows very comfortable. The only suggestion is a better sign on W Broad St. We actually passed the hotel and made a Uturn to get back. W. Broad is a busy street and the hotel sits back off the highway. I absolutely would stay at this hotel again.

“Great new hotel in the West End!”

I had never stayed in this chain before and i was curious because they had a pool and jacuzzi (indoor). i was pleasantly suprised! It exceeded my expectations especially for the holiday season with a late check-in (11:30pm). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. i will be sure to return when I return to Richmond.

“Clean hotel”

Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were queen sized. Everything (sheets, towels, furniture) seemed quite new. The area is nice, safe and convenient. Our only complaint was the breakfast. The hostesses could not keep the hot food stocked fast enough to meet the demand. The eggs were like rubber. But all in all, we would definitely stay there again.

Wasn't very crowded because the hotel was brand new, but it was very clean, and had a nice pool/hot tub area.
