I’m very happy with the lady at the hotel reception, Mozhgan . She’s very friendly and welcoming , also very professional at her job , made my stay very Pleasant. All other staff were very nice too . My room was very spacious and clean and having the kitchenette was a bonus . Thank you

It’s very nice place. The employees is very friendly. The good thing is they upgrade us to Sheraton Hotel. We’re so lucky that night, we enjoyed the suite.

We enjoyed the stay and it was very clean. However, we chose to stay here for the pool and hot tub as it was a mini vacation. We found out during our stay that the pool is used for swim practice and we were only able to swim in one lane of the pool and it was very loud. It was uncomfortable sitting in the hot tub with the parents of the children staring at us. Wish i would have known this prior as we would have chosen a different hotel to stay at. Also, the ac unit was very loud.

Second time booking the front desk staff is very efficient and good service, only thing that threw me off is that we asked the night before to checkout at 12h instead of 11h , we had two staff knock on our door at two separate occasions if we are ready to check out even though we mentioned each time is at twelve they kept coming back and then i felt like i had to rush !

The room we booked they gave to someone else.. They moved us to a DIFFERENT HOTEL claimed we were getting an upgrade but the room was a downgrade and it was dirty there was still garbage on the floor from the previous guest..
