“Rialto Trip”

The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable, the check in staff was very helpful. The only complaint that we have, is that some of the other guests, were loud, slammed doors, talked loud, they didn't take into consideration the late hour, and that other people might be trying to sleep.

“C.M.”

Well for what I paid I guess it was worth it. The bed was not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs of the mattress. The second night the electricity went out for about 20 minutes. So that was not fun at all. I don't think I would stay there again...

“not impressed”

I am always concerned when I arrive at a motel and the regular doors are locked and you must check in thru a night window (it was 9pm when I checked in, the next night the doors were locked at 730pm).Too many areas were dark and forboding. The room was large and the bed was comfortable enough. The motel was in an isolated commercial area, with nothing nearby. 1/2 mile away were several businesses: Walmart, drive thru meals, etc. The restaurant attached to the motel was closed (out of business), I am sure that was because its only support came from motel patrons. We asked for a handicapped room which was not provided.
