The Reef
Place is amaxing, Very spacious and clean. Sevice was excellant. Food is very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing
Firstly, the food was awful in the Greek and Italian restaurants. The Greek menu only had two set menus with either a Fish option or a Meat option. My starter was a flavourless greek salad that looked really boring. I chose the sea bass as my main and it came with some sweet dressing and the entire dish tasted really awful. I was too embarrassed about the food I quietly told the waitress what we thought of the food and left very quickly. My daughter and I thought the Italian Restaurant would be much better but was also disappointing. The buffet food in the main restaurant was also flavourless. Thinking it was a spa hotel, I was surprised we had to pay for this facility and it was not part of the package. had I have known that I would have to pay for the use of the sauna and steam room, I would not have booked this hotel. We also we had to pay for the wifi in our room. Staff were all nice and helpful

Our staff remain as always at your disposal for any assistance you may require. We are surprised to read that you could not find anything to match your taste, although the taste is a matter of personal preference and the majority of the reviews we get for our food menus are very positive especially for our 2 Theme restaurants. Last but not least, we appreciate your comments about the Spa. However, the hotel is Villas & Spa and like the majority of the hotels that include Spa facilities, guests have to pay extra for treatments. Facilities like gym and indoor pool are free of charge. Finally, we treat all comments and feedback with great significance whether they are positive or negative. We will do the best possible to improve ourselves moving forward and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future.

Great family holiday
Location was great, close to airport and to the old/new town. Nice people. We feel very safe. Food was alright. The only down side is the internet. You can only use the wifi in the reception. But overall our stay was very nice. Definitely recommending this hotel. Great for family.

Beautiful hotel - bad check in!
Hotel was amazing but somehow the hotel managed to over-reserve lots of rooms so lots of people including us had to stay in sister hotel for a couple of nights which was no were near the same standard. In fairness we got upgraded to all inclusive which covered the bad sleeping arrangements.

Just OK...
We booked a junior suite with a private pool. I emailed ahead and asked for a private room. When we checked into our suite, it was right next to the pool (noisy). They moved me to a new suite. Pools are crowded but it did not affect us as we had our own pool, but beware. As most places in Greece, service is lacking and they are understaffed. Breakfast buffet always has a line due to the slowness of the staff clearing the tables.

This hotel looked fantastic when we rocked up. We found out the some of the staff were lazy and not helpful except for cleaners kids club staff and pool bar man. This resort was full of tourists. Breakfast had not frappe and one bar had no ice this is Greece in summer I would look somewhere else

ruhige Gegend aber man ist trotzdem schnell in Rhodos oder Faliraki, wenn man ins Geschehen möchte. Im Hotel war alles was man braucht und sogar noch viel mehr: ei eigener Shop etc.

Dit hotel heeft prachtige algemene faciliteiten. Mooie zwembaden met erg fijne en luxe ligbedden. Wij hadden een kamer met privezwembad en dit was een nette kamer. Vooral erg groot met iets oudere badkamer. Bedden goed maar de zitbank was matig. Erg schoon en zwembad werd perfect onderhouden. Hotel is wel heel erg op all-inclusive ingericht qua restaurants. Al la carte lunch bestellen bijv niet mogelijk. Roomservice lunch bestellen dan wel weer erg makkelijk en goedkoop.

Hôtel très bien situé à environ 6kms de la ville de Rhodes. Belle suite privée avec piscine mais pas du tout insonorisée comme il est indiqué et la literie n'est pas très confortable. 2 belles piscines avec de nombreux transats, personnels agréables et toujours souriants surtout au Bella Vista bar. Restaurants convenables bien qu'au restaurant principal les buffets soient toujours un peu identiques. Voitures de location sur place à des prix abordables ainsi qu'un service de navettes entre Rhodes et l’hôtel pour 6€ seulement par personne (allé/retour)

Отличное местоположение отеля и завтраки, большой, удобный и просторный номер. На мой взгляд, дороговато интернет в номерах. Отель оперативно реагировал на все запросы, что было приятно. Все удобства, заявленные в описании отеля, присутствовали.

Nous avons réservé et payé une suite royale pour 17 jours, notre chambre n’était pas disponible à notre arrivée !!! On nous a proposé 2 chambres à la place de gamme inférieure, et de nous séparer de nos 2 enfants (2 et 11 ans)!!! Nous nous sommes donc rassemblés à 4 dans 1 pièce ! Nous avons finalement obtenu notre chambre deux jours plus tard après avoir fait un scandale à la réception. Cet hôtel n’est pas un 5 étoiles, il y a un sois disant room service payant avec 10 produits compris boissons mais pas d’eau ! Chambre sales, traces dans les toilettes, insectes dans les luminaires, mauvaises odeurs etc.. Photos à l’appui ! A fuir absolument

Customer didn't make any "scandal" at the reception. Yes we have room service from which the customer was ordering daily and they were quite satisfied. We clean every room daily and we trust our housekeeping dpt for their job. The customer DID NOT pay the government tax 68€ during departure!

Hôtel en bord de mer avec vue manifique. Piscine très grande juste en bord de mer. Par contre plage crique minuscule. Pas de sable pour mettre les pieds dans l'eau. Chambre spacieuse orientée est.

Sono Stato in questo Albergo per 3 anni consecutivi in condizioni diverse prima da solo poi con amici e lultima conclusa qualche giorno fa con mia moglie per 2 settimane e devo dire sempre molto peggio .. Un disastro No internet solo nella hall no letti matrimoniali.. Room service inesistente .per avere un piatto in camera bisognava discutere.. , personale troppo poco per il numero degli ospiti quindi indisponente , qualita del cibo da caserma militare .. assulutamente nemmeno vicino alle 5 stelle di cui si vantano di avere Quindi voi come Agenzia dovreste intervenire seriamente ad una verifica dei servizi inclusa la competenza professionale degli alberghi prima di metterli in vendita Distinti Saverio Dolcimascolo

Avslappende og herlig ferie
Familie på fire. To barn, 7 og 17 år. Bodde på rom med eget basseng foran. Fint romslig rom med gode senger. Anlegget var flott. Fine basseng, godt med plass og ingen rift om solsenger. God frokostbuffet som kunne nytes på flott terrasse ute. Hyggelig betjening og avslappet stemning. Fint å bade i havet fra liten strand eller fra badetrapp. Hadde leiebil slik at vi dro inn til Rhodos by for å spise middag om kveldene, men så at mange hygget seg på hotellet om kveldene også. Alt i alt en avslappende og behagelig ferie. Anbefales.

Het hotel is prima. Alleen verpest door All inclusive gasten. Boek je enkel een kamer, denk dan goed na of je bij allemaal 'bandjes' wilt zitten. De kamer is prima, de schoonmaak erg goed maar de service helaas gericht op regels die opgesteld zijn voor All inclusive gasten. Zo moet je bijvoorbeeld meer dan 24 uur van te voren reserveren in hun restaurant. Kortom bij vijf sterren verwacht je echte service en geen regels.

Dejligt ophold trods dårlig start
Vi havde booket en suite med privat swimmingpool. Ved ankomst var hotellet overbooket, så vi blev tvunget til at flytte til et 4 stjernet hotel den første nat i standard værelse. Som kompensation fik vi all inclusive - vi havde købt med morgenmad. Vi fik en stor suite med fin udsigt over vores egen pool og havet.

Sämsta hotellet aldrig mer det fa myror i sängen när vi kom o så va det i 6 dagar jätte dålig städning katastrof frukost räkna med att du får stå i kö 30 min varje morgon och när du väll är inne så är alt slut

Pour information nous venons à Rhodes depuis plus de 20 ans. Le rapport qualité prix est plus que mauvais. Ce n'est pas un cinq étoiles grecques, sauf pour la piscine individuelle. A déconseiller en voyage individuel mais peut convenir à un voyage par tour opérateur en "All inclusive"
