Hotel zum weiterempfehlen; zimmer wurde vor bezug gelüftet, war sehr sauber und bequeme bette; frühstück war ausreichend und von guter qualität; obwohl das hotel schon älter ist wird es sehr gut erhalten und top service und sauberkeit

Great Stay at ACHAT!
The location was perfect! Right next to the wine festival! The beds were comfy, parking convenient, and staff very friendly and helpful.

Convenient, not special, breakfast too expensive
Hotel going thru lots of maintenance work, under cover garage very narrow, breakfast costs 17.50€ which is too much for what it is and compared to what you can get a bakery across the road. Rooms are ok, very dated but spacious.

Happy Trip
Had a pleasant stay in your hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was excellent just few minutes walk to the town centre which made shopping for anything easy and enjoyable. Food was very good too and cater for all religion background. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room much bigger than expected- wonderful balcony for view and air. Only disappointment the poor or no A/C- but we got that everywhere in Europe. Place very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Location in the city good- easy walking distance to all we needed and staff helpful. Excellent value***

I enjoyed the stay the room was very nice and clean. My only complaint is that you have to pay for parking, and no air conditioning in the room.

Worth the drive
This hotel is certainly out of the way, situated a full hour drive from Krakow. A small portion of the drive is on major highways or autobahn, the rest is small country roads. However, the hotel is worth it, just plan accordingly. Our GPS said 30 minute drive, but actual drive was longer. There were no conventions and few guests, so we received 2 full nights of rest. We ate dinner both nights in the restaurant and the food was delicious and full of flavor. Breakfast the next morning was outstanding, with superb, full-bodied coffee. Full service for 2 guests. One dinner our waitress did not speak English, however the menu is tri-lingual, so we were able to point and order. We did not use the spa services.

My first time in Germany. Arrived by train and the front desk team was very helpful. Gave me a map and explained detailed what to see in Neustadt. The terrace is very nice, you don't even notice that you are in the middle of the city center. 60 minutes Internet for free. I paid 4,95 for 24 hours Wifi. That's ok. There was a business corner with a computer for free, that's a good thing too, as I needed to print some maps of where to go. No charge for printing!. Not new, but still looks nice. More seniors than younger couples. Everybody at front desk and service was nice and smiled. Middle of the city center. Not very big, but ok for two nights. No air condition.

Brief one night stay on a business trip, arrived late and left early, pleasant staff, good secure free parking and fantastic breakfast, huge choice buffet style. Room was very nice with good beds, a work desk and a decent tv, the only gripe would be that the bathroom had a slight waste smell, to be fair I did not mention this due to my short stay and I am sure they would have moved me if I had asked. I also chose a rate that included wifi, this worked by t-mobile access code on multiple devices, it also worked in Frankfurt airport on the way home which was handy.

Great location along the wine road!
We got an amazing room for what we paid. The breakfast was great and the views from the room over downtown Neustadt were awesome. We were just across the street from all of the shops and restaurants so it was a nice getaway along the wine road. I will definitely come back!

Good, but everything extra costs
there's no parking (except a pa per night lot under the hotel which is not included in the booking price) the internet also costs extra euro an hour and breakfast is not included/expensive. as long as you are prepared and willing to pay for extras it's a good stay

alles gut. keine beanstandung. bad ist bissi in die jahre gekommen (90er style). dusche statt badewanne wäre zeitgemäß. trübt jedoch nicht den gesamten eindruck. hotel hat sogar ne sauna. 👍

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und nah zur tollen Altstadt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings ist alles sehr sauber. Parken für 10€ in der Tiefgarage auch praktisch. Das Frühstück mit 19€ p.P. fanden wir zu teuer.

Es sollten 2 Duschtücher vorhanden sein wenn das Zimmer für 2 Personen gebucht wird. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Sehr schön ist das Vorhandensein von Kaffee, Tee und Wasser.

Für eine Nacht zu empfehlen.
Zimmer etwas älter aber war Sauber. Restaurant nach meinem Geschmack wie aus dem Päckchen für den Preis hätte ich mir was besseres erhofft würde nicht nochmal dort essen. Das Hotel könnte man mit einer Renovierung bestimmt aufwerten.
