Thank you very much for staying at Hyatt Regency Mainz and for your feedback on Expedia.com. We deeply regret that your stay was so disappointing to you. It was never our intention to leave you feeling that way, as we always like to see that you, as our guest, are in good hands and are satisfied. Please accept our sincere apologies that this has not been the case. You can be assured that we have already discussed your feedback within our team and discovered that you were checked in and out by trainees, who are still learning and are perhaps not yet fully confident and experienced in dealing with guests. However, we very much regret the fact that you believed them to be neither professional nor friendly. Regarding the deposit, we understand your disappointment about the fact that it was blocked for four days, however, this is due to the bank and not to us. We are also very sorry that you did not find a parking space in our garage and therefore had to find alternative parking. Please let us know where you had to pay the €19 as it did not appear to have been charged to your bill. Again, our sincere apologies for the disappointment.

Dear Peter, Thank you for your recent stay at Hyatt Regency Mainz and for having taken the time and effort to give us feedback. Your kind evaluation is very much appreciated. At the same time we have taken note of your irritation with regard to the mini bar. To reduce contact points at the hotel room, the minibar was empty until the last week. With relaxation of hygiene measures we started filling the minibar again. We are happy to inform you that we will finish the refilling within the next days. Please rest assured that we also have taken note of your comments regarding the WiFi and coffee machine / kettle. As a new Hygiene measure we are not able to offer complimentary coffee and tea in the guestrooms anymore. But these still are available upon request to our front desk.
