“Excellent hotel location and quality”

This hotel is an old historical building with new renovation located within walking distance to everything in town. It is very clean with very comfortable beds. Hotel staff are friendly and responsive to requests. Definitely will stay there again next time.

“Great location but don't bring two cases”

An excellent traditional hotel located oposite the water tower in Mannheim. Great small pool located in the basement together with a solarium and other gym equipment. My only gripe was the size of the room. I booked a room with one king bed and they gave me something smaller than a single.

“Poor maid service”

My wife and I checked in on Friday about 2 P.M., and the room was not cleaned until about 1 P.M. Sunday. Also the parking while atached to the hotel and being in a downtown location was expensive. It cost Euro 15, for each day or part day. This comes to about $19.50 a day. We arrived at 2 P.M. on Friday and left before 7 A. M. on Monday. which was 2 days and 17 hours and were charged for a full 3 days.

“hotel vieillot .. un rafraichissement serait bienvenu”

une culotte sous la couverture dans le placard, un tube néon comme éclairage dans la salle de bains .. Peu de chamren .. un peu désuet mais surtout pas de charme .. La piscine, le sauna , le hammam en libre utilisation gratuite remonte tout de même le plaisir de louer cette chambre .
