Next to the Hotel, the guests will find a night club that guarantees a lot of fun and good music.Mannheim also offers various indoor swimming pools, bowling facilities, cinemas, billiards pubs and multitudinous cafés and bistros. The great Luisenpark with its Chinese Tea House is also a point of interest, especially in spring and summer.The SAP Arena in Mannheim provides various sport events, concerts and comedy gigs.

“Intercity Hotel, Mannheim”
I used the hotel for a brief overnight stop as part of a longer holiday. The hotel is very conveniently located for Mannheim Hbf being less than 100 yards from the main entrance and also with a tram stop immediately outside. Hotel was clean and modern and I would definitely return if I needed somewhere to stay in Mannheim. The hotel does not offer free wireless internet which is the only bad thing that could be said.

Visiting my son studiying in Mannheim meant this hotel was excellently located on the doorstep of the rail station, trams and buses that I used extensively with a free pass provided by the hotel. Very modern, clean and friendly. Highly recommended.
“Mannheim Visit”
Landed at Frankfurt at 6 am and arrived at Mannheim about 10am. Hotel is near the rail station. A city travel pass was provided by the hotel and we explored the city area until late afternoon. This city and hotel were chosen as a resting place after a long flight and before commencing a rail trip through the Black Forest area to Winterthur. Good place for that. Hotel was clean and tidy, room was basic even though described as a "business" room. Quiet, even with the trams running close by. The room rate was the most expensive we encountered for similar facilities in the German towns we visited. (About double the cheapest available elsewhere in one major chain). Breakfast not included. Good coffee, free internet and good simple breakfast at low cost available in the station area.
