“Excellent customer service!”
This hotel was very clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They called up to our room right after we checked in to make sure the room was up to our standards--very nice!! The hotel is not in a very friendly location as far as activities and ease of exit and entry, but if you want to stay in an area near Boston (10 minute drive) and are looking for a clean, friendly place to stay, this hotel will be amazing.
“Great Hotel!”
Hotel and staff were excellent. The only drawback for us, was that it wasn't close to downtown Boston or the train station. However, the hotel staff (excellent) arranged for a cab to and from the train station.

The hotel was clean and easy to find and get to locations in Boston. Staff was friendly and helpful.
“it was cool”
Yeah, the hotel is far, but they have a shuttle service which is running 24/7. It was only 5 dollars one way to the air port where you could take all the public transportations. kinda cool!

We liked our stay. Though you'll have to go out to eat. Not too much in the nearby area. Strange highway that confuses a Californian. But, all-in-all, a very good value if you're flying out of Logan in the morning.

Very nice hotel. Had everything we needed. We only stayed one night because we had gone to Boston for a funeral. Very convenient. Staff was very friendly and personable. Rooms were nice and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Despite a highway inconvenience (trucking accident), this was a very satisfactory hotel. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and plentiful. Pool was clean and, though small, a nice respite. All is as expected at a Fairfield.

Everyone was nice!!!! A person from the kitchen taught me how to use the waffle machine for breakfast:) The front desk gave great directions for me to get to where I needed, and made me feel at ease because I was from North Carolina and so afraid of getting lost. Such a friendly staff!!!!
