“Mercure Creolia la Réunion: même avec un avion en retard, ça marche !”

Rien à redire ! Notre avion, initialement prévu pour atterrir à 18h, a été retardé, nous avons finalement atterri à 2h30 du matin. Et le temps de trouver un taxi, il était 3h40 quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel. Eh bien même à cette heure là, pas de problèmes, deux personnes sont là pour nous accueillir nous et nos gros bagages et nous donner notre clé. Le petit déjeuner, un buffet, est d'un bon rapport qualité/prix (15€, viennoiseries, oeuf brouillés, bacon, pain perdu, fruits frais, jus et boissons chaudes à volonté). La piscine était un peu fraîche à 8h au réveil, mais agréable pour démarrer du bon pied. Et la vue vaut le détour :D L'accueil était très bon, et le personnel efficace: à 15 min de prendre la navette de l'hôtel pour l'aéroport, j'ai demandé un rouleau de scotch résistant pour réparer mon sac qui s'était un peu déchiré dans le transport. La notion d'urgence a été très bien prise en compte par le technicien, qui est arrivé moins de 5 min plus tard avec le rouleau de scotch demandé !! En bref, un personnel serviable et efficace, un hôtel bien entretenu et qui propose des services de qualité.

“Bon rapport qualité/prix pour une chambre rénovée”

Nous avons eu une chambre au rez de chaussée , rénovée, tres propre et bien equipée, et avons beneficié d'un cocktail de bienvenue L hotel est situé dans un joli cadre sur les hauteurs de St denis...il faut une voiture pour aller en ville et le parking dans l hotel est parfois quasiment plein La piscine est magnifique , il y a des travaux a proximité, mais nous n avons pas été génés.... petit bémol pour avoir des serviettes de piscine, il faut donner sa clé de chambre ce qui est un peu genant quand un seul souhaite aller à la piscine Au final bon sejour et bonne chambre

“RIEN DE MIEUX A ST DENIS”

COMPTE TENU DU TARIF ON POUVAIT S'ATTENDRE A UN PEU PLUS DE QUALITE DE SERVICE, EXEMPLE: PLATEAU DE ROOM SERVICE NON DEBARASSE PENDANT 24H DANS LE COULOIR. PAR AILLEURS LES CHAMBRES DE BASE DONNENT SUR LE PARKING ET SONT PEU AGREABLES. MAIS CE QUI SAUVE CET HOTEL C'EST SA SITUATION SUR LES HAUTEURS DE ST DENIS CE QUI PERMET DE SORTIR DE LA CHALEUR DE LA VILLE ET LE FAIT QUE, MALHEUREUSEMENT, IL N'Y A PAS DE SOLUTION MEILLEURE DANS LES AUTRES HOTELS DE ST DENIS.

“Hôtel Mercure Creolia, sur les hauteurs de St-Denis - La Réunion”

Beau site, sur les hauteurs, piscine de belle apparence, restauration correcte. En revanche, état lamentable de la chambre, dite "Supérieure". Chambre affectée à défaut de chambres "standard" (en cours de restauration...), mais évidemment au tarif "Supérieur" !! Un rapport qualité/prix proprement scandaleux en regard de ce que l'on peut trouver partout ailleurs dans le monde lors nos nombreux voyages.
