I don't like having to pay $100 deposit. That ads to the hassle of renting a room. Nor was exedia up front about it, no mention of a $100 deposit when 'i booked the room. The stated reason was people were tearing up the rooms, well deal with those people - don't make me pay for their lack of integrity. I understand the police may not want to even pursue that kind of a case - suggest you not vote them back in and you really should openly back those who will promise to enforce the law. charlie

Fire doors propped open. Poor lighting. Only light in room a broken lamp. Trash left in hallway over night. Second lamp in room missing cord. Alarm clock missing cord. Seen larger rooms in jails. Had to use door card in a slot to get heater to work. Comp breakfast not provided. TV had only local stations.

I was disappointed the housekeeping didn’t happen for my room. I did request it to the front desk well in advance. Having said that it is not right that guests have to explicitly request housekeeping to clean the rooms daily.

People across the hall partying all night and staff or someone didn't do anything until 4am in the morning. Room. Has very little light only 2 lamps ear swab and dirty on floor and under bed. Mattress didn't fit bed fame, fitted sheets didn't fit mattress.

Amanda the evening clerk was fabulous - she was on her own new and did not have access to supplies to even help out ie room 114 had a non functions phone ( we moved to the first floor as the tub was filthy and plugged in the original room 208

The website stated they had "complimentary to go breakfast" which was quite disappointing. It was nothing but a plain white bagel w cream cheese, coffee and juice. Quite poor compared to other hotels of their category. Were in rm 308--microwave door wouldn't hardly open, seemed like it was stuck and you had to pry it open. the hard back chair in the room, if you leaned back, i think it would break. But the place was quiet.

Ok, but not worth the money
The beds were broken. Breakfast was Not as advertised, it was really only a bagel and juice or coffee. There was Not a gym, which was advertised. They did not plow the driveway or shovel walkways even the next morning after it had snowed. Overall, it was ok, but not worth the money.

Thank you for telling us about your stay. I am so sorry you had read incorrect information about our property. We have never had a gym and our breakfast is a light breakfast on the go. If you would like something more substantial, we also have a wonderful restaurant on property that has a great selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The weather this past weekend definitely hit us out of left field. Our team tried to keep up with the snowfall and did a great job, but the snow came down hard and fast. We hope you come and see us again another time.

Customer Service is 100%
We always have an amazing stay here. We travel through Reno to visit family 2-3 times per year and the AB is always our go to. They are super pet friendly and so accommodating. The desk staff always goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. A few years ago a winter snow storm came through and stranded a bunch of us in town. They went above and beyond to accommodate us until the roads opened and we come travel home.

The property was littered. Luggage inside is dark and dingy. Room smelled of smoke and sewage. Cramped. There was water in the refrigerator, broken lamp shades, no extra toilet paper. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Had to leave due to smoke smell, people smoking in non smoking area. Tried to resolve issue with staff and manager. Was told they can't do anything unless they see person smoking. Told wouldn't refund (we were there only 5 hours). Offered no solutions. Manager was curt and unapologetic. Will never return!

The information given to you is accurate. We are unable to stop someone from smoking in a non-smoking area if we are unable to catch them in the act. We do have smoking rooms and therefore some of that smoke smell, when someone is actively smoking, can flow into other areas however, we are quite meticulous about our how our hotel looks and smells and take care of those issues right away. This is the best place to stay especially for the cost. I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. The staff is amazing!! Every time I stay here the staff goes out of their way to help me and make sure we have everything we need. Comfy beds! Good water pressure! Loved having the mini fridge and microwave! Really big TV with movie channels! The only thing was that the sink didn't drain the whole we where there. But thats ok, the room has 2 sinks!! I definitely recommend this hotel!!
