“Best kept secret in Reno for families”

This hotel is relatively new and has been well upkept. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean. It has all the amenities you need for a long trip. We used everything from the business center to the pool and enjoyed the several nights of manager's reception. The rooms were not terribly large, but the kitchenette really help us heating up things for the baby. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. The close proximity to skiing and conveniences make this the ideal hotel for us. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

“A Very Good Hotel for Business”

A Very Good hotel for work. The staff was quirky, but very helpful. I stayed two weeks for work and a large party with multiple rooms and the staff put us all near each other. While it is in the southern part of town away from down-town, it is close to supermarkets and resturants and has nice kitchens in the rooms. It is also easy to get in and out of and is well designed. The free breakfast was good and apprecaited and saved time in the morning, and during the week there was food provided in the evening. The food was not fancy, but was good and I enjoyed it and it saved time in the evening as well, as we did not have to go out every night. I would definitely stay there again, as it is quiet and I got a lot of work done and the rooms were large and clean. I would also stay there if I was in the area for a vacation with my family with small children, as it is really quiet and there are some nice walking trails near by and no distractions from the Casinos. All in All, while I was nervous about it going in, I would now recommend it highly as the staff does a real nice job and it is very clean. The staff keeps the place clean.

This was an extremely good hotel and well worth the money.Only stayed one night but could have stayed longer.

“A nice and quiet place to stay”

A nice and quiet neighborhood away from the gambling smoke and crowd if you have kids around, and yet it is merely a 10 min drive apart. Good and solid breakfast plus the manager's snacks 3 days a week for free. Clean pool/tub and a small fitness center can actually help you kill time if you don't feel like going out. Business center and the dining area are small and connecting to each other but very inviting. A fireplace on the side makes you feel like inside a mini-resort. The towels are not properly refilled in the pool/fitness area but rectified quickly after being complained. The building and room are clean. The only down side is the room (king size bed with sofa bed) we stayed is too much a minature size of a suite. Cooking appliance and tableware are enough but there is no dining area. Bathroom is too small too.

It was satisfying. It was quiet. The price was excellent.

Hotel was very clean and had a good breakfast buffet on the weekend. There was no maid service on the weekend, but since we did not spend much time in the room it didn't matter much.

We stayed on a weekend. They do not offer regular room service unless you ask the day before. We asked and still did not recieve room service, so we had no clean towels.

“Nice, Clean awful noisy”

We were excited about the hotel nice place. High ceilings and noisy neighbors ruined our night. Had to go to the floor desk twice and called once.
