Quite pleasant. Would like to have seen brochure or pamphlet in room with information concerning ammenities within Hotel. As an ex-smoker I was impressed with the way smoke and associated odors were minimized. Would stay there again.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff was curtious and Friendly. Rooms were well stocked with all the essentials.I would definitely go back.

The East Tower was recently remodeled...fantastic job. The room was great...especially bed and plenty of thick fluffy pillows. Shower was nice to have real towels...not the one you can see through... Would highly recommend...

“2nd Time Around”

We went to this hotel over Valentine's Day then took our kids a month later. We upgraded to a larger room with a roll away bed without any trouble at all. The kids had a GREAT time in the arcade and swimming pool. They said it was the "best hotel they had ever stayed in"

The hotel/casino was very nice considering it was pretty much at the end of the Reno airport runway. The only problem I had was the giant forklifts offloading rail cars starting at about 3am every day. My room overlooked the rail yard which was right next to the hotel. I stayed in the East tower and the rest of my group stayed in the West tower. My room was MUCH nicer than their 70's era rooms with the tiny TVs and velour furnishings. The location was perfect for me because of where I was working, but if I wanted to visit Reno, I would probably stay more downtown.

The check in went smoothly and the staff were helpful and polite. We were there for a weekend to go to our son's wedding, so didn't spend a lot of time there. We had a "breakfast included" rate and were only able to eat breakfast one morning, so when we checked out, the desk staff comped a dinner we ate at the same restaurant - and we didn't have to ask. There was a huge arcade for kids on the second floor - it looked fun (although we had no kids with us to use it!) I would definitely stay here again, very affordable and good value for the $$
