We really enjoyed the stay passing through but was a little upset! Circus circus in Vegas is always open or has set hours for the arcade but in Reno they go off if people are there or not which to me was not fair. My kids were really looking forward to the arcade and they closed it earlier than their hours they showed.

April 2024 spring break. Property is infested with bed bugs. Staff if aware and does not address it. We will not be staying again EVER.

Shower had great pressure, however, it shower head is not adjustable so no matter how secure the shower curtain is, water wets the floor outside of the shower.

At shelf check in you couldn’t read the receipt and not one employee could tell us what it said. Room was really clean but water was leaking everywhere due to it raining.

Over all it was a great experience, it was easy to get to parking, and the service from staff was excellent, we asked not to be disturbed by room service upon check in and we weren’t. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the people next door was smoking weed, so that made our room smell like it and we had my son in the room as well and it was unpleasant for my 2 year to be smelling that while we were in our room.

Loose items and fixtures throughout room including electrical outlet, I took a picture and will send it to hotel. Staff was rude and matter of fact when I was trying to understand my bill. Expedia does charge the resort fee and it’s on receipt from Expedia I have. Additionally I was unable to receive clarification on my bill because staff member was not listening to me and only told me that we were not communicating well.

For a quick family vacation is fine. Unfortunately no swimming pool and some of the restaurants were closed. Coffee shop limited with selection. Room was clean and housekeeping very helpful.

Not a good and safe neighborhood also do not buy the insurance when you book online because they do not use it. Also, the beds are horrible. No water to drink. Nothing like they describe on the online.

I grew up staying here as a kid so I am deeply saddened to write this review. The only good thing was the ample parking and clean rooms. But BEWARE … half the kids machines were not working. The roof is leaking everywhere! They had buckets everywhere collecting the water. And there were people smoking weed and cigarettes in the halls. The tram was not working due to weather so we had to climb multiple stairs multiple times to go to the other building where our room was at. This was super hard with our luggage, stroller and 2 kids under 2. Will not be staying here again…

We woke up to no hot water to take a shower they had to reset boiler which took about an hour the restaurants inside circus circus prices are high and the food was gross the elevators were disgusting couldn’t believe it the covers on the bed were so thin they gave you two sheets but still was cold

Good value, lots of dining options at the row and very kid friendly. Do not like being in the Sky tower. Way too far of a walk (for someone with a bum knee) to get to the casino.

Thank you for the suggestion. On your next trip, I would suggest trying Madame Butterworks, we serve amazing waffles there!
