“A deux pas du centre, au calme, pour une nuit de passage”

Un hôtel très bien situé puisque proche des lieux touristiques et au calme à la fois. En revanche, trop peu de rangement pour y passer plus de deux jours, et une salle de bain propre mais avec traces de moisissures et aucune aération possible. Eau froide le soir car problème d'eau chaude, sans être prévenue et sans compensation aucune. Parking hors de prix et portant pourtant la mention inadmissible "l'hôtel décline toute responsabilité..." Personnel très agréable.

“Better than Expected”

When looking for it, its also called the New Hotel Europe on the outside. Not as bad as I expected from the other reviews. Great central location for everything really, and quite reasonable price, but nothing flash either. Full of european and brit coach parties so bit busy too in the am. Couldn't check in until 3pm either, which I thought quite late. But efficient staff at reception, very organised. Car park was good to have as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a base for couple nights if you are gonna be busy going round town and just using it to shower and sleep in!

“Central hotel”

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean with a good shower. The hotel was in a very convenient location to see everything in Reims. The breakfast was expensive at 13euros per person but we did not try it so cannot comment on the quality. Free wi-fi was very useful. The fire alarm went off in the night and there was only one staff member to deal with everything which was a little disconcerting as people did not know what to do and there did not seem to be a procedure in place such as taking a roll call of guests. It was lucky it was not a real fire.

“Hôtel viellot mais un très bon emplacement”

L'hôtel est bien situé, en centre ville à 5 minutes à pied de la cathedrale, mais la chambre était à la déco vintage pour ne pas dire dépassée. Le matelas était très inconfortable, et en plus on entend tous les gens qui marchent dans les couloirs ou au dessus. Ca n'aide pas vraiment à s'endormir.

“Certainly not Grand”

Relatively clean room, certainly not "Grand", as a matter of fact the furnishings were somewhat dated and worn with the exception of the flat panel tv. If you are over 6ft tall the beds will be too short for you. Asked for a map of the city and got a faded copy of a map with half of it cut off. Location is good for walking to the square and Cathedral. Overpriced compared to others we stayed in throughout Europe, including Paris
