“Excellent Surprise”
We arrived mid morning on the Train and our room was instantly available! The service was the best we had recived in France and the best in the region! Great Jem in the Champagne Region, we will go back if ever back that way!!
“Excellent hotel and location”
The staff were very friendly and accommodating as I had booked the room for the incorrect date, they found me a room and were not at all put out by the error. The rooms were also of a high standard with excellent bathrooms and were very comfortable. The only thing that I think could be improved would be the breakfast as it was quite pricy for the amount you received.
“Une coupe de champagne..”
A lovely, well appointed hotel with excellent, friendly service where nothing appeared to be a problem. Many of the champagne houses were very close by - a definate advantage if you are choosing to tipple. We would definately love to return.
“Tres Bon!”
I'd read some of the reviews on Trip Advisor and a couple had referred to the small actic rooms - when we got to the hotel we were given one of these rooms but without mentioning anything we were asked if we would like to move to an alternative room - great service!...but I guess we were lucky there was an alternative. However, the original room would have been adequate, just impinged by the rafters making it a little on the small side and I would guess prone to a bit of head banging! The hotel was lovely, a boutique feel, nice decor and perfect location - parking not a problem as there is a large public car park 2 mins away and it's only 12 euros for 24 hours. Probably wouldn't recommend paying for the breakfast - you have to let them know the day before and all you get cooked is eggs. Definitely recommend!
“Good hotel in centre of Epernay”
The hotel was very good with helpful staff and the bedroom was clean and of good size with good en suite bathroom. Break fast was good and the only slight problem was car parking which was on the street or in a big public car park about 50 metres away. One had to make sure that payment was made before 9.00am. Would definitely use this hotel again.
“Very Solid”
Great cost / benefit. Clean and comfortable, rooms are modern and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to many restaurants and Champagne houses. Would certainly return on my next trip to Epernay.
