I last stayed here about 4 years ago and the hotel was a bit drab then. I was VERY plesently surprised on this visit. All the rooms and bathrooms had been remodeled, updated and looked fantastic! The free breakfast was expanded to not just cereal and toast but yogurts, waffles and juices. The location is great because it is so close to the beach and so many places to eat in Dewey without having to drive at all. Clean, attractive rooms, friendly staff, substantial free breakfast. I am glad that my favorite place to stay in Dewey is now so much more pleasant to stay in.

Close to the beach but could use some TLC

Great location but overall the hotel felt cramped. Small rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast could be better also.

Location is Just AWESOME!

We chose this hotel because of the stories we have heard of the parking in the Dewey Beach area. The location is awesome, we parked when we got there, and we did not get back in the van until we left! The housekeeping staff was cheerful and just awesome, especially for the amount of sand we brought back from the ocean with us. The front desk staff leaves some room for improvement. They seemed to not know the local landmarks, we asked for a store for some chapstick and they were going to send us miles for it(the store was 3 blocks up the road). The front desk staff also was not very friendly. The outdoor pool was quiet and not busy, but it was sandy(what do you expect really, we aren't complaining of it). There are reviews stating the breakfast was poor, Our experience was it was very good... It was a continental breakfast.. nothing fancy, just put some food in our bellies to get going to the beach again!! We would recommend and would stay there again, for the price and location!

The hotel was ok. The outdoor pool is in great need of repair. The work out room was nice and well equipped. The staff was friendly but they were under staffed. Had to wait over a half hour to check out only one person was there and she had to set up the breakfast room since the help called out sick.

No major complaints

We booked our 2 Queen Bed suite at the very last minute, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was large enough, the room was clean, & the parking deck was convenient, although the garage was "seedy" looking. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre, but no worse than expected. The hotel was in a convenient location to the beach, and to several local restaurants & shops.

Long Weekend Getaway

My Fiance and I stayed here Sunday-Tuesday and we enjoyed it! Room was clean and comes with a mini-fridge, microwave and full sized hair dryers! We stayed on the fourth floor and had a decent view of the bay and the doors to outside open which could be lovely in nice weather. Only cons would be the breakfast and some minor traffic noise. We tried the provided breakfast the first morning but I refused to go back. If your a cereal eater you should be fine other than that I wouldn't bother. Try The Point coffee shop in Rehoboth instead, alittle pricey but really good! The hotel has a good location as well just a couple minutes from everything, walking distance to the beach and two location restaurants are right across the street. Overall I would absolutely stay were again! Especially during the off season when great deals are available!
