“Rained out”

Excellent beds, good hot breakfast, lots of good eating establishments in area, clean and quiet.

The hotel was easily accessible and close to good restaurants. The continental breakfast was awesome with a great variety of food.

“Regina at Great Value”

Hotels was very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast room spotless. Good selection of Breakfast items. Rooms spacious with very nice washroom amenities for a very well priced hotel.

“A note for like-minded people”

This was the least environmentally friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. There was only paper/ plastic cups in the rooms and breakfast room, no recycling, and the standard towel reuse system (towel in the tub= replace) was not used so everyday towels were replaced unless you opt of of the cleaning service. I was told the disposable cup situation was because it was an express hotel, but I've never been in a hotel where I had to wash my own coffee mug so I fail to see how that's relevant.

Great Staff, great Hotel,good location,great breakfast,many restaurants right near by. If we ever go back to visit,this hotel will be booked.

“Not happy with stay at all”

Stayed one night only which was one night too much as far as we are concerned! It was so warm in our room that we both got about 1-2 hours of sleep total the whole night. Could not open the window. Since we were only staying one night did not bother to complain to night staff, plus we did not want the added hassle of having to move all our stuff to another room in the middle of the night. We checked in later in the evening. The bed was also very uncomfortable. We had to stop off at the desk in the morning to check-out. Much prefer having statement of charges delivered to our room, showing all extra charges if applicable, have been processed through our credit card and that our balance owing is $0. This allows us to leave without stopping at the front desk. We waited for awhile for the front desk person to come to take care of us to close out our account.

“Great Hotel”

Very pleased with the Family suite. Having the extra bedroom was wonderful. Very reasonable price- excellent when you consider the hot breakfast is included with the cost of the room. Hot tub was nice and hot. Boys liked the pool. Tried out the excercise room it was very user friendly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gave us a map and marked out the directions to the Science Center. Many restaurants close by- Keg, TIm hortons, BK, all on the same lot....

“Close to Timmy's and the Keg”

On level 2 heard the noise from the pool games. The Hotel is full of soccer teams of all ages. Must tolerate the noise of children. The complimentary breakfast was good. Parking lot hard to find a spot when hotel full.
