“Great room, great price”
Family running the motel is very nice and courteous. Spacious room, very clean, minimal amenities but coffee in the room. Complimentary bottled water, microwave and fridge in room. Continental breakfast hours are short, 7 - 9, and breakfast items are few. Price was excellent, room/breakfast were just right, and I would highly recommend this motel.
“Very clean, basic hotel”
Not a luxury hotel by any means, but very clean, well kept and well managed, this place is a great place to spend a night on the road.
“It was just OK”
No objections, but too much money for what it was. The heater worked, everything was fine. Everything was OK. It wasn't great. It worked out ok. But nothing remarkable or exceptional about it.
“Nice place for overnight stay”
It was a nice hotel for overnight. The staff was pleasant and the price was right. Breakfast was simple - bagels and muffins. I'd stay there again if I go to Redding.

place was ok.. not much available in morning breakfast..would consider staying there for a night or so if going there...
“It's the little things”
The condition of the hotel and room were fine, but it's the little things that can make a big difference. First: Only one clothes hanger in the room. Needed to get more. Second: Toilet paper was almost empty and no new roll in the room. Third: The chair for the desk had arms which prevented pushing the chair under the desk, so it was always an obstacle for moving around the room.
“okay, but over priced”
It was clean, but little else. It was also in a bad location and the ice machine is broken.
“Value Inn and Suites”
This Hotel was good for my family of five. It served its purpose for us because we were there for just one night and we did not spend much time in our room. The room was clean, it had good air conditioning, and the beds were comfortable.
“Not bad for the price”
Nothing special, but it was acceptable. Just a few miles from the Sundial Bridge which is worth going to do see and to walk around the park and river.
“It was okay, could be improved.”
First impression was cautious; the smell was not fresh and clean but a bit "musty". The personnel was courteous. The room was clean. We needed to ask for towels for the third person and would have assumed towels would be in place since reservations were made a day in advance. Also, needed to ask for toilet tissue and was given a partial roll instead of a fresh roll being available in the room already. The water was not as hot as some in the party liked.
