The staff is amazing, they go out of their way to help you with just about anything you might need. I needed a dentist and they called around and found me one. Xtra pillows, coffee and great service. Thank you for making our stay rewarding. We will be back

Nice hotel rooms with a balcany

Pros: Rooms with balcony.
Location: Great location on Hilltop. Close to everything
We started off in another hotel and left due to it being filthy, and unacceptable. We got a room last minute at this hotel and were immediately impressed with it. First, the place is clean. The rooms are large and offer comfortable bedding, a larger bathroom and good in-room coffee. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars in because the hot water pump broke that night and we had no hot water. HOWEVER, it was fixed by morning.

Very Lively Motel

We had a very pleasant stay there. The motel was dog friendly. The room was clean, nice to have two sinks for us. It has a nice location with Applebee's across the street.

Nice hotel great lounge

Pros: Its an attractive property and its convenient...we had a great time without leaving the hotel...
Cons: We were granted a late checkout time, but the maid knocked on our door and called to us even though we had hung out the DND sign-the only annoyance...
Location: It's a convenient location.
We had a great time...danced in the bar to a great band until closing....then slept like a log...in the morning we had a great breakfast in the hotel...then we soaked in the hot tub

High price but convenient location, just off I 5.

Pros: a room was available...
Cons: senior rates... would be nice. I probably will skip this place in future travel.
Priced a bit high, didn't include breakfast .. has a second floor but no elevator.

Great comfortable place to stay the night

We only stayed here one night on our way through redding but wish we had stayed longer. The room was very clean and the place felt comfortable with good air conditioning. Beds were very nice to sleep in and sheets felt very high quality. Enjoued the breakfast which thwy didnt end up charging us for. A great hotel at an awesome price!!

Turning a bad situation into a customer for life!

Pros: CUSTOMER SERVICE Location
Cons: Air conditioning !
We were woken up in the middle of the night because our room was incredibly HOT..I called the front desk and was treated so kindly and the staff member came down quickly and switched our room. I was so overwhelmed by the clerks sincere apology and kindness that I will be a customer for life! Normally a situation like this would have made my trip difficult...but I known now that this Best Western understands customer service!
