“Nice Holel, cranky front desk.”

Nice Hotel but some of the front desk staff need a refresher in customer service. When I got in my room I noticed the smell of cigarette smoke and my room was non smoking. I stopped by the front desk to let them know, I asked to have a note left on my account so I would not charged with a clean up fee. The front desk clerk ignored my request and seemed put out that I was taking up her valuable time, so I went back a second time and talked to a second person who did help out.

Hotel was clean, and convenient as close to shopping and restaurants. very nice pool which was never to busy. Staff were helpful.

I have stayed here a few times abd it's always great. It's close o the highway and as a woman travelling alone it's a very safe and secure property. They also offer a great hot breakfast.
