This is our first stay at this brand. We are Bonvoy elites and have been biased to their brand. We tried this property due to the very positive ratings and low cost. It is most comparable to the Courtyard brand in the Bonvoy portfolio, high end for that group. This was a great value and we will be moving sme of our business due to this great experience.

The room was very gross. It had a bedspread which is just really outdated and also dirty. The furniture was all chipped and old, and the room smelled like someone had smoked in there. I will never stay at the property again. The room costed me $180 and it reminded me of the Bates Motel.

Clean, quiet and spacious room. Staff is friendly. Bed a bit too firm for me. Had trouble sleeping. Water pressure in the shower was too low.

Had one-night stay at this Hampton Inn. Overall it was very good. Room was clean. Bedding was good. There was almost no traffic noise at night. The sound of the window air conditioner was not very loud. I was having a good sleep until woke up midnight by the sound from the couple next door. They were having sex and made loud sound. Had to use earplugs to fall asleep again. The breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

The entire staff here was amazing. We stayed here for 5 nights (12/23-12/28) and were completely satisfied with our experience. They were quick to respond to all our room service needs - including fresh towels, linen, paper/toiletries, and even found us a box fan for the room so my wife did not have to listen to my snoring. The morning breakfast was fresh, hot, and delicious!

Staff was very friendly, on arrival floors looked unclean (stains of spills and debris on lobby and elevator) Our shower had a soap that looked like was previously used, since it was stuck at the bottom. Moth balls like smell and the not so pretty box spring (no bed skirt) received us. The rooms looks very dated, new furniture, curtains and bedding will help immensely.

Well-located with regards to highways/freeways, yet on a quiet lane. Building is new and rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Staff is courteous and efficient.

Always welcomed but never remembered?
It was good overall. Breakfast is still subpar but not as bad as it was earlier this year at this location. Funny thing is we have stayed here 5 times for about 30 night total here at this location in the last 11 months. No one there seems to ever remember seeing us before. Just kind of odd.

Nice hotel for a road trip stop. Room was big and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. The one negative was a very loud AC unit in the room. It was quite hot outside so AC kept turning on all night. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper (at least in the summer).

TV didn’t work. Breakfast was terrible compared to all the other Hampton inns. Was just thrown together and just not even close to the others.

My husband and I arrived at 7 pm. Justin the front was nice and friendly. When we got to our room, it was nice but the carpet was wet around air conditioner. I called the front desk and a woman answered, she said "we had no room available but we can put some towels to cover it" I hang up but I called back "we are staying here for 4 days. What if it has mold and we are a senior citizen". About five minutes later, Justin called and moved us to another room but was not as nice as the first. The woman who made breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was good. The one who made the same thing on Monday was okay.
