“very nice new hotel”

We enjoyed our stay here it's close to i5 and redding. The pool was a little crowded, but the service and cleanliness more than made up for that.

“quick and easy”

The place is clean and the beds are still nice and fresh. It's a bit out in the middle of no where as far as places to grab a quick bite, but so is Redding in general. Staff was sincerly friendly and helpful.

“old and tired”

This hotel has not been remodeled since the 80's. the couch had torn fabric on the arms, the kitchen had chipped formica counters, the carpet was worn out. The pictures on the web site did not portray the true character of the hotel.

“Staff NOT Helpful”

Even though room was prepaid through expedia, hotel charged my card w/o my knowledge. It took a LONG time to straighten it out, I never received an apology. They acted like it was no big deal. Stay if you like, the hotel is nice. But watch your bank statement. They don't mind double billing.
