“Modest and clean”

Very small room, no wardrobe. However very clean and all staff friendly. Breakfast was good although most residents seemed to arrive together at 8:30 30 minutes before breakfast last sitting. Found the area very quiet and enjoyed my stay.

hotel sympathique, le seul grand défaut était que la chambre était vraiment très,très petite....(et je n'ai pas compris qu'on me demande 10$ en supplément arrivé là bas..) sinon personnel sympa, bien que ne parlant pas français... les chambres sont refaites quotidiennements Au fait c'est un hotel que je conseillerai pour les personnes cherchant un hotel à prix raisonnable au alentour de londres(les aures hotels étant assez chers...), et qui ne serait pas trop regardant sur la qualité de la chambre.

“Park Hotel comment”

The manager's upkeep of the rooms is questionable. One of the walls was very much rundown. Needed to either be painted to cover cracks or wallpapered. Bedspread was very thin,faded and worn down. It really needs to be replaced,especially for winter. Better blanket on bed would be appreciated. Especially because room is cold during the day perhaps when you want to take a nap. Directions on how to use the remote controls for TVs would be a good idea. I could not get either one to work. However food is excellent and service is very good-especially for breakfasts. Very pleasant mealtime. Good staff.

“A place to sleep & breakfast.”

We enjoyed the breakfasts & the beds were comfortable & the room clean. If you need a place to sleep & don't mind the eclectic furniture & small bathroom then this is a good place to stay. The area is residential & a ten minute walk to shopping streets & underground. Buses outside the hotel. The hotel staff very friendly & accomadating. If you need basic accomadation on a limited budget then this is a good choice.

Good place to stay if you just want a place to sleep. It is close to the bus stop and underground. It made a great base to sitesee from.

“Cheap hotel with easy access into London.”

Although we specified a family room sleeping 2 adults & 3 children, there were only 4 beds! I had to sleep on the floor!!! Breakfast room not big enough for all the guests so you had to queue for a table. Food very basic and cheap 'value' range. Location fine for shops & tube station and car parking on site. Overall if you are wanting a cheap hotel for a few nights with easy access into London, give it a try but remember you get what you pay for!

“Pas terrible”

Mise à part la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil, cet hôtel n'est vraiment à recommander. Le bruit incessant des voitures, la propreté à revoir. C'est dommage.

“Not inpressed”

I will say this is not a hotel but a bed and brakefast type. The first room we were given was smelly and the receptionist was unfriendly especially the morning / daytime lady. On our 3rd day we were moved to another room which was much better but still below our expectation. The evening / night receptions were quite friendly though

If one is looking for an inexpesive and easy hotel to get to outside of London then it's great for the price. The breakfast isn't bad and you don't have to wait all that long for food. However, make sure you get to the breakfast room at least 20 minutes before it closes otherwise you will not be well welcomed. Also, make sure NOT to ask for a wake-up knock on your door. We were being picked up to leave for the train station to go to Paris at 4:30am. I asked the night desk man to knock on the door at 3:45 (due to our converter blowing and the alarm not working) I made him fully well aware of the time and he wrote himself a note. Well, luckily I woke up at 3:58am after NOT receiving the promised wake up! At approx. 4:20 we received our wake knock! Also, everytime we would take a shower the room would flood outside the bathroom. When we asked for extra towels to soak up the water they looked at us as if we had 3 heads! After checking out the shared bathroom I would much rather have the flood! The hotel is however very close to public transportation like I said for the price one may over look a few details...

“rubish hotel”

The standard of this Hotel really is bad I know that it is very reasonable priced but even so it was awful no hot water television that didnt work bathroom door that woudnt shut the whole place was just run down and very poor and the management simply weren't bothered.The description on expedia simply does not match the hotel in reality.Don't go
