“Very impressed”

I had read the past experiences and was concerned, but they were unfounded. Super staff and accomodations. This includes the beds were great, plenty of HOT pressurized water and a great breakfast selection

“Would stay here again”

We would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for eating establishments and where we had to go. The freshly baked cookies and availability of a coffee at any time were wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was wonderful.

“Not impressed”

Although I had booked this room before my trip, it was not available when I arrived. The receptionist checked the computer and said they had a non smoking room if I would wait 20 minutes for her to clean it up. She returned in just a few minutes saying it was ready. It was a smoking room and I am very allergic to smoke. It was fairly clean so I managed by opening the window, but couldn't leave it open all night as it was at ground level and very seedy looking people often walked by. Also, breakfast was removed before 9:00.

“Affordable”

This is not a fancy hotel and the building is old but the room was clean and it was very affordable.

“It's ok if your only criteria is cheap”

The place was clean looking for an older building, but it was also very creepy looking and I felt like I was going to be robbed staying there. I would rather have spent the extra money and gone to another hotel. This place was definitely quite old and they don't seem to be very familiar with processing Expedia bookings.

most of the staff was fine, was shocked that the cleaning staff went in to clean without our knowledge. did not like that. we were only there for two days, no need for cleaning staff to be in there. the desk staff when checking out wanted more money. We pre-paid so there was no reason for this. did not give it and wrote VOID on the copy of my credit card. I am keeping an eye on my purchases to make sure there is nothing else charged after our stay there. Would I go back? I dont think so.

“it is ok/”

when turn on the air conditioner , it will be very noisy. the design of the toilet is not very good because it is hard to get the toilet paper. the toilet paper rack is just behind your right shoulder when you are sitting.

“You get what you pay for”

Hotel needs some updating but was a great deal for the price. Clean and good breakfast.
