Personnel à la réception et en restauration accueillant et réactif. Certainement prévoir de rénover les chambres côté jardin qui ont l’air d’être vieillottes, le sol de la chambre assez glissant et collant dès notre arrivée (serpillère faite avec trop de produit nettoyant). La plage est près du récif et la mer était agitée pendant nos trois jours passés là-bas. Le cadre est magique!

Publié le 24 févr. 2016 sur HotelsJ'ai passé un bon moment très reposant à l'hotel, c'était le but, mais quand j'ai voulu faire quelques activités, je me suis ennuyé et il manquait beaucoup d'animations. Par contre les soirées comme the island nites étaient super. Mais dans l'ensemble je suis très satisfait.

We booked a room last minute before we flew out. A little taken back at how dated they were.
The grounds were fantastic and as you walked round there was a real sense of belonging. I can see ehy people come back here. Beach was great too. We found the food reasonably priced and it tasted great.
The staff i couldnt fault.

Loud, very family friendly. Loud pool and facilities. Nice location. Parking not convenient. Most rooms upstairs…lots of stairs. Great dining options and shows. Friendly staff and nice spa on grounds. Next time I will stay at an adults only for a quieter stay

I have been to the edgewater 8 years ago and the rooms were looking very tired now. We requested for a group of 10 to be together on the ground floor and to have three beds in my room as we were 3 ladies together. So what we got was 3 beds in an upstairs room and not all together. This was put right after night 2 of our 5 night trip. The furst mornjng we were woken from 2am 3am 4.30 by the rooster crowing outside our block and this continued most of the nights. After saying all this the food was excellant and the cocktails were great remember happy hour 5-6pm and their activities programme is varied

The Edgewater is a lovely family resort with great staff and facilities, and cycle scooter and car hire nearby. The bus stops at the resort and it's an easy bus trip to anywhere.
We just had our third holiday here and had a great time. The room was clean and well maintained, with great views out across the lagoon.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room we stayed in was outdated and had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. The very small pool was overtaken every day by numerous unsupervised children.
