“Would look forward to returning.”
Fully met my expectations, and the price was right.
“Friendliest hotel in Boston!”
Holiday Inn Randolph is 12miles out of the city but public transport is convinient, frequent and reliable. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help and assist. The food was above average and plentiful. All in all, we had a fantastic time, hired a car for the 1 hour drive to Cape Cod. The hotel is home from home!!
“Best Service I've Had In A Hotel”
The hotel itself was perfect; complimentary continental breakfast that was more than muffins and coffee, clean new rooms, shuttle service to the Boston train system. But it was the service that went above and beyond. Every single person I talked to made an effort to remember me and what they could do to help me. They communicated with each other, preventing the day/night shift run around that frequently happens. I've never felt so looked after. It was amazing!! Please visit them! You won't be disappointed!
“Awesome hotel - will stay there again”
This hotel is one of the most accomodating I have ever stayed in. Free shuttle service to places within 5-10 miles, staff is very helpful. A great place to stay near Boston if you don't want to stay downtown.

Hotel was clean, great value, staff was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone in the Boston area.
“Good choice”
Not the best. The bathroom was so tight. But a good place to stay. The breakfast was OK nothing more. The only bad experience was with the woman at the breakfast room. The first day, we have met one woman so nice, asking for everyone if everything is fine. The day after, there's another woman with very bad character closing everything despite the fact I was in the breakfast room 30 minutes before the closing hour.
“Simple, adequate and reanonable”
Spent the weekend there to visit relatives and be close to BOS toward the end of a New England trip encompassing 3 states. Room was adequate and the staff accommodating. Would rate this facility higher than most Holiday Inns I've stayed.
“Great place to stay outside of Boston... but still close to everything.”
Our stay at this hotel was great. The hotel staff was very accomodating and helpful. We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room. Even more impressive was the fact that housekeeping replaced a moldy shower curtain without us even needing to tell them. You can tell the people working at this hotel care about it's condition. The bed was a bit hard but I actually slept really well on it. I would recommend this hotel to friends going to Boston... it's a quiet community with beautiful surroundings. Right off of 93.
