“Very clean, perfect for my traveling business need”
Very clean, perfect for my traveling business needs.
“Very helpful staff”
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was clean, comfortable, everything as was expected in the room, location great for the airport. Cannot fault the staff at this hotel - they were pleasant on the phone, the shuttle driver was prompt and polite, receptionist offered late checkout at no extra cost on finding out my flight out was late in the afternoon, at breakfast the dining room staff couldn't do enough. All in all a great stay at a very comfortable hotel.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is close to the airport and Highway 40 which makes driving very easy to Raleigh and Durham and Chappel Hill. The beds are superior with the inflating mattress.
“Do not judge a book by t's cover!!”
I usually do not take the time to write reveiws, but felt it was neccessary for this hotel. The hotel is located in a bit of an industrial area. The outside looks a little dated, however they make up for it on the inside. The customer service of the staff was outstanding!!! They used the shuttle to give my daughter and I a ride when I asked them to call me cab to take us to dinner and the mall. The room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable!! Did not feel unsafe at all with the open breezeways at the hotel. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for any type of traveler!

“Excellent Value”
The hotel was wonderful. Although the exterior did not reflect high class, the interior certainly did so. The rooms and hotel were quite beautiful. The Sleep Number Beds were amazing (one of the greatest night's sleep I have ever had). Room service was available, and the menu items seemed exquisite, although I chose not to indulge.

Great stay, was surprised that hotel was as nice as it was. The exterior of the hotel seems outdated but the interior was very nice. we are glad we stayed there and will again.

“Great Older Hotel”
The design of the hotel is unusual, but was not a problem. I understand that a total remodel is in the works, but that should not be an issue to anyone staying there. The food in the restaurant and lounge is overpriced as to be expected in any upscale hotel. The Philly Cheese Steak sandwich was very good! The staff was very friendly at the desk and in the lounge and restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay and will stay there again in future travels.
“Perfect Raleigh area hotel”
definitely when traveling to the Raleigh area this will be my choice hotel, quite, clean and very well located!
