Ceiling damage and rusty light fixtures in the room. Plugs not easily accessible. Driver (Thomas) very rude while I was eating at the bar. The rest of the staff was excellent. Hotel could use some updating and repair. I've paid less for more.

Indoor pool not open and was not informed when booking. Not enough staff at check in. Had to wait 20 minutes to get service. Room decor dated. Refrigerator not cold. Best ice bucket ever! Clean!

We were not able to stay at this hotel during our vacation due to “overbooking” although we reserved our room MONTHS in advance. We were forced to find somewhere else to stay.

I really wish it was Stated that the Hotel has a cintract with a swimming company and that they come in and take over half of the pool and paying hotel customers have to utilize the pool around them.them First

Last morning as I was leaving light would not turn off. When I came back from first day out there was nothing done to room. No clean towels. Water from shower runs out into bath room, had towel down to stand on became soaked.

Everything was good. The only tiny issues I had was one of the concierge was a little ride when asked about turning on the heater, and that the tub stopped up quickly during a shower

We were given an older room, although it was on a high floor. The bed was very uncomfortable and we both woke with backaches from a very old style mattress. Breakfast was not included with the cost of the room, but since we experienced difficulty with our keycard working x5, we were added to “the list”. Choices were decent and fresh. Service was excellent. Dining room was clean and comfortable.

I been to this hotel several times for the past couple years and the hotel rooms itself need an upgrade. The wallpaper looks dirty, ceiling paint was coming apart and cracked, carpet was dirty needed a good shampoo or replacement. The shower knobs were rusty and ants were coming out of the shower at night. The overall quality is dated from the pictures that had water damage to the fire safety equipment. And lastly the elevators were dark and sound as though it needed new mechanics.

Hilton front end employees should be given a class on what questions are not polite to ask their customers during check in. For example, if they hear some accent and a customer upond asking tells that he or she came from New Jersey, don't ask where did they come from before NJ. The customer may think that this is not a welcome sign. The other dissapointment was that a room safe did not work in the first assigned room, the good think the room was changed upon our request. Both rooms did not have a light switch at the entrance door and the guests have to go into completely dark room at night and look for the switch on the table lamp in order to get some light. Another surprise was that rooms are not being serviced during the stay. It appears that the houskeeping in the hotel needs to be requested 12 hours in advance. Ice machine did not produce ice, only noise was coming out of it. My advise: avoid this hotel. I am surpised Hilton has its name on it.

Snack area in lobby was a huge plus. Indoor pool was nice. The hot tub was not working. Also, there was a kids swim class in the pool at the same time, so it was a little chaotic.

Twice we were denied check- in because there were no clean rooms, once after 3:30 and the other time after 4 pm. We were told we couldn’t even check in and simply wait elsewhere for our room to be ready, that it was against policy. Sorry, come back later and get back in line. Finally we had to settle for double beds, not the queen we reserved. No fee adjustment, just a breakfast voucher.
