“Loved it.”
Loved it. Hard to find, but once we got there we were really happy with the room.
“Nice quiet spot”
The motel was hard to find, on a frontage road,The sign was small as required by Chapel Hill ,but a very nice place after we found it. Good friendly service and a wonderful breakfast . Nice central location near I-40 and not far from I-84. Since it is back from the main street it is very quiet in a busy area. When we are back in the area we would stay there again.

My wife, son, and I spent 2 nights at the Hampton Inn, Chapel Hill and have no complaints at all. We were treated with respect and the continental breakfast was excellent.

“Very nice average hotel in a wonderful location”
This hotel is typical for any Hampton Hotel. The price is extremely reasonable, it's located in a safe and beautiful area and it's clean. Continental breakfast was full of many options and was available until 10, which is convenient for my family when we enjoy sleeping in. Check-out was also at noon and is usally at 11 at other places, so this made my family and I not be so rushed to leave. Every type of shopping place you need is on the main road in front of the hotel. Walmart, Sams Club, Kohls, Buy Buy Baby, Dollar Tree, Food Lion, Starbucks, Play it Again Sports, Best Buy and many more. There are many food options as well. If you enjoy BBQ, a place called Dickeys BBQ Pit is the most amazing BBQ place I have ever ate at. Since this is located in the same area as Duke & UNC it is a cute college town, however it's not a party town, but rather very sohpistaced. We drove around both Duke & UNC campuses and UNC campus is definitely a must see. It's very historical and a beautiful college campus. The eating places and shopping places mentioned above are about 10 minutes from the hotel. Both the campuses are about 15 minutes in opposite directions from the hotel. Everything is conveniently located. The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. I would defintely stay at this hotel again, mainly because of its safe location, conveniently located, reasonably price and cleanliness.
“Stayed here twice”
I've used this hotel twice when I have been in town on business. Normally, I don't stay at places without inside corridors however it seems more common in the area and the hotel location feels very safe. As a single woman traveling alone I have always felt secure. The room itself was clean and comfortable, particularly the bed. The hotel was quiet (however I have only been there mid-week). The location is also convenient with restaurants and shopping centers nearby plus easy access to Franklin Street if that's your thing. The airport is also easy to get to. The biggest plus was exceptional, friendly front desk service I've received on both trip. The staff there is so welcoming and makes your arrival after a long flight a happy one. My only negative is that it is difficult to find coming from the airport, particularly at night. Look for the Sheraton and the Hampton Inn is right down the street.

“Quiet Refuge”
I read about the difficulty of finding this hotel, but did so with ease using directions from Mapquest. I liked that it was tucked back off the highway and had lovely, large live oaks all around the property. The room was clean and comfortable. I tend not to spend a lot of money on hotels when I primarily need a bed and a shower. This suited my needs perfectly. I enjoyed swimming laps in the pool as well. I'll return in the fall for family weekend at Carolina!
