Everything was good with the hotel with the exception of the receptionist not knowing what to do during check in. We needed to pay a split payment and she made it extremely difficult. I’m assuming she was a new employee.

It all worked well for my needs. However, the only thing I looked for and didn’t find was a simple bench to sit outside the hotel while waiting to be picked up. Seems like a very easy fix. There are chairs, however, they are in the smoking area. All in all, I enjoyed my NC visit. Thanks.

This hotel is set up for business not pleasure and it shows. Staff was nice , that being said . Bad parking , but they have a garage that had levels blocked off . Room was not clean ,really old carpet . Bed was hard and linens and pillows were not comfortable, actually horrible. Do yourself a favor and get a different hotel. For what they charge you would think it would be high end !

Family vacation - great hotel!
We stayed here for a family vacation, visiting relatives in Raleigh for Thanksgiving, and it was wonderful! The staff were all very nice and very helpful, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, the hotel was clean and beautiful, and the kids loved the indoor pool - the pool is small, but goes to a depth of 5'6" and was plenty big enough for our 4 kids to enjoy playing in together. The location was convenient, right across from a mall with Starbucks and easy access to the highway just a short drive from the center of Raleigh. Would definitely stay here again!

Little disappointed as this hotel didn’t live up to the other Embassy Suites that we have stayed at previously. The bathroom sink faucet was broken and only allowed for the hot water to be turned on. So little ones washing their hands had to be done at the other sink outside of the bathroom. The tub drained very very slowly. So when showering, the tub would fill. The sink would gargle when you flushed the toilet. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and also at the baseboards around the room. Bobby pins on the floor from previous guest. Housekeeping did come daily and refresh the towels and make the beds and also remove the trash. Breakfast was great. Good variety, and hot. The ladies at breakfast were kind and welcoming. Parking is free. Not at all what I expected from an Embassy Suites.

Overall pretty good.
Room was clean, cozy and large for one, with room to spread out and get work done. Wifi was very good, streamed football games from my iPad that weren’t on local cable. Loud gathering one night that went until after midnight though, could hear the yelling and partying from the front area of the room, but in the bedroom it wasn’t too bad. Solid location. Good breakfast, strong coffee, very good cooked to order omelettes, could use better fresh fruit selection. I would probably stay there again.

Need Updates
I love the Embassy Suites and i haven't been to this particular one in about 5 or 6 years and the quality of this place is in need of some major updates. The furniture is so worn and outdated. My room was clean but the chairs, tables, couches really need to be replaced.
