Very clean room bed was super comfortable easy to regulate temperature in the room only thing I was charged $100 more than my total online l when I booked and the continental breakfast was not good at all coffee was out and bananas brown uneatable breakfast needs to improve

The room was nice and comfortable. Only one elevator was working, so there was quite a bit of waiting. The hallways were somewhat dingy and not completely clean. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. One of my colleagues was waiting for a taxi pickup, thinking the person at the checkout desk had ordered one. I ended up taking him myself, since the person he talked to had disappeared and no taxi had arrived.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This hotel is slated for demolition and is in a terrible state of repair. Here is a list of just some of the issues we had: No hot water. Clogged drain. Filthy carpets. Worn out furniture. Peeling wallpaper. Black mould in the shower. No ventilation. Paper thin walls - you can here everything everywhere. And if all that wasn’t enough, the lock on our room door was broken. Front desk staff don’t really care, and Expedia only gave us a small refund. Since we were attending a convention, and all hotels were booked, we were stuck.

This was by far away, my worst hotel stay ever, and I travel quite a bit. The place was disgustingly, dirty. Including little black hairs all over my room, I'm a blonde. A questionable white substance on my shower curtain that I did not explore further. Rude night staff when I tried to register my car for parking. I had switched rental cars. I needed to re-register the new car. The front desk attendant was more concerned about how many ways she can say no and lengthy, unnecessary explanations, than helping me find a solution. One of the elevators was down the entire time which caused heavy traffic and long wait just to get to your room.

How in the world do you keep this property on your website? One working elevator for 16 floors. It was disgusting, gross in need of a deep clean. It appeared as if the hotel was given up on years ago.The entire property is in need of an overhaul, peeling, stained wallpaper, mold in the bathroom, stained and filthy carpet throughout, cracked tile. Honestly I have never had such a disappointing experience at a hotel, especially at this price point. The only positive was the poor staff who tried so hard. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn.

The elevator was out of service. Freezing cold in hallways. Tiny bathroom. No coffee maker in room. No amenities. Property did not warrant $200 a night. Very disappointed in the property. not IHG Worthy. Bangledesh has better conditions

The first room I was given one of the beds was unmade. Literally looked as if someone didn’t finish or had just got out of the bed. Called front desk had to go down and get a new key, which the next room the light didn’t work over the sink and only one set of towels for a double occupancy so I had to go back down and get a towel and wash cloth. The hotel has a funny smell.

The front desk staff were amazong sp helpful and so friendly. We parked the car in the hotel parking and walked everywhere the whole weekend. Great area.

This hotel is supposedly closing and with that there is deferred maintenance in the rooms, hot water takes too long to develop in the shower, one functioning elevator, furniture is stained and falling apart, pillows fall flat, breakfast offering is coffee-that's it and you must pay to park in the tower at $15.00 per day and you have no other options. The staff however was nice and accommodating but they shouldn't have to apologize for the short comings of the hotel.

Ghetto experience
The hotel itself was awful. They are about to tear down the hotel (we didn’t know at the time of booking). Freezing cold, no extra bedding, poor quality in furniture and everything that you enjoy about staying at a hotel. Broken lift. No restaurant. The only decent thing about our stay was nice reception staff. We couldn’t wait to leave. VERY disappointed with Holiday Inn.

This property is in poor repair. We constantly had to ask for towels. There was no toilet paper in my room on arrival. Our tub didn’t drain and the bathroom was dirty. Nakia did not appear to have interest in the needs of her customers and was constantly on her personal phone. Maria and Danielle were very accommodating.

Hotel Refund Request
Our card key kept expiring every day. We had to go to the lobby every day to reactivate our card key to our hotel room. One elevator was out of order during the entire 4 night stay. Our check-in experience was horrible as Hotels.com forgot to confirm with the hotel. Please process a refund for our stay at this hotel as soon as possible.

Great value and excellent location. My only suggestion is the desk chairs need to be replaced. Ours was in horrible condition (most of the material was missing) and basically unusable. I asked for a replacement and was told they are all that bad. All personnel were very friendly and we would stay here again.

The room was disgusting. There was wine splattered on the walls and lamp and the chair was all tattered and scratched up. One elevator was broken and there were stains all over the carpet.
