Nice hotel in a newer area of the city. Comfortable bed. Big room. Only issue was no heat but they did give us an electric heater so it was good.

The staff is amazing in every way. The food is decent but considerably overpriced. If you're looking for luxury or upscale amenities, I would look elsewhere.

The building was under construction which wasn’t noted when booked. The building was noisy and the fumes of varnish were so strong that I requested another room. The construction also meant there was access to the exercise facility. I asked if I could borrow a yoga mat to use in my room and they said they didn’t have one. I had to walk to the store and buy one. The employees we not rude but certainly not accommodating. They did the absolute minimum. I woke up with a fever one night and walked down to the lobby. The front desk advised me to walk to the “only 24 hour pharmacy” at 1 in the morning. I walked there feeling awful and when I got there it was closed. I walked back to the hotel and told them I need help and I’d like to go to the hospital if there are no pharmacies open. The staff had absolutely zero empathy or any sense of preparedness of how to deal with guests.

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The front desk staff were not very friendly and I found the area immediately outside the front door not very welcoming with cars parked where they should not have been, very poor control of access to the front door.

CONSTRUCTION AT THIS HOTEL
I was recommended by a friend to stay in this hotel on my first major visit to Quito, I would have liked to have known there were major construction works going on every day and I believe I should have been told before arrival so I could have made a choice Friday awoken at 0630 to the sound of Drilling, could not have my meetings in the hotel as it was dusty and paint fumes throughout, had to go out for my meetings including breakfast. Saturday awoken at 0625 to the sounds of hammering and drilling outside my window, not the time I was planning on getting up on a Saturday. Breakfast was awful, spent 30 mins waiting for someone to take my order but the staff seemed too intent on chatting to each other to notice one of the 3 people in the restaurant waving to get served. Gave up. Pulled forward my pick up time by 2 hours to leave as quickly as possible. When I asked at the front desk to talk to the manager I was replied with blank stares and mumbles about the works, a telephone call and 10 mins wait and still no appearance of a manager....... not acceptable Cleanliness substandard, big wads of long hair in the shower. Towels which were more beige than white No way this hotel is 5 star, room ticked the boxes barely. I would have addressed all of this with the manager and would have let most of it slide if there had not been construction on the weekend but he NEVER appeared.

The hotel is lovely and the staff is gracious. Every aspect was professional and comfortable. I spent many years i hospitality industry management and thought everything was definitely up to par. The junior suite was spacious and had wonderful amenities with everything in excellent condition. I enjoyed the high quality personal care items, lovely bath tub, and clean modern decor. Very comfortable with excellent service all around.

I’ve stayed before at the LeParc but this time they let me down. Simple things as replacing a drink coupon after maid had discarded out the one given was denied. Asked for flexibility on a later checkout also denied. Parking was not complicated. Construction in the area made it difficult to grab a taxi.

Great stay
Couldn’t ask for any more. Large comfortable beds, large shower and separate tub. Peaceful despite the building works next door. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in South America, great selection! Dinner was lovely too. Very close to the park and cinema.

The two biggest issues I had were the insanely overpowering air freshener used in every hallway and the very limited breakfast options. Comparing to Dan Carlton next door, Le Parc is not on the same level. However, customer service is top notch, even better than Dan Carlton. They were very helpful when a medical problem occuree and we needed help communicating with an oxygen tank supplier. High elevation breathing problems for elderly family.

Fantastic hotel with excellent customer service. I would love to live in this hotel! First, it is immaculate. And the daily room cleaning is top-notch. TOP NOTCH. They even organized my bathroom toiletries!!! Loved it. Second, they have fresh roses everywhere. Third, the breakfast is top quality. Get the waffles or the french toast. Delicious. Fourth, everything is within walking distance: restaurants and shopping. Fifth, I felt completely safe in this neighborhood. Sixth, the customer service is AMAZING!!! They aim to please. The only drawback, which is barely worth mentioning, is the high cost of their laundry service. I will stay at this hotel again!! Fantástico hotel con excelente servicio al cliente. ¡Me encantaría vivir en este hotel! Primero, está impecable. Y la limpieza diaria de la habitación es de primera. DE PRIMERA CATEGORÍA. ¡Incluso organizaron los baños de mi baño! me encantó. En segundo lugar, tienen rosas frescas por todas partes. Tercero, el desayuno es de primera calidad. Consigue los gofres o las tostadas francesas. Delicioso. Cuarto, todo está a poca distancia: restaurantes y tiendas. Quinto, me sentí completamente seguro en este vecindario. Sexto, el servicio de atención al cliente es INCREÍBLE!!! Su objetivo es complacer. El único inconveniente, que apenas vale la pena mencionar, es el alto costo de su servicio de lavandería. Me quedaré en este hotel de nuevo!!

Stayed 3 nights in the business suite while visiting Quito …. The room is spacious, modern and pristine. LOVED all the little extra touches like a rose on the door of the room, hot water bottles for the bed everyday and chocolates on the pillow after the room was cleaned. Restaurant was perfect… breakfast was amazing and we loved the option of room service which we made use of on our first night when we were too tired from traveling to go out. The hotel is perfectly located and was close to all the main attractions.. we used Uber to get around easily though the doorman can also call you a taxi in no time. Oh and wifi was great ! Special mention to the door man/ bell man always so friendly; restaurant staff for their quick and extremely courteous service; and bartender… he makes the best margaritas! Would stay here again in a heartbeat
