However, we want to address your concern regarding your pajamas and the warning to future guests to "keep their belongings protected."In our hotel, our goal is to provide the best possible service to our guests, which includes daily room cleaning, replenishing amenities, and changing sheets and towels unless the guest requests otherwise. We are proud to have been ranked #1 on Top 25 (small hotels category), #2 in Ecuador's best customer service ranking, and #25 in South America's best customer service ranking.After investigating your particular case, we can inform you that the cleaning staff removed all the bedding together during cleaning, and your pajamas were underneath the comforter. Therefore, when the sheets were washed, the responsible housekeeper reported the item to the reception, and your pajamas were returned to you in its entirety the next day.This is something that happens in all hotels around the world, as well as the loss of socks, sweaters, blouses, etc. We did not give it importance since it was returned entirely the next day. We do not understand your malicious comment warning other guests to "keep their belongings protected." Is there any missing item of yours after leaving the hotel? This will never happen at Casa Joaquin.If your item had not been returned, we could understand your comment, but trying to damage our reputation simply for a pajama seems absurd to us. In our hotel, there will never be problems with loss of valuables as we maintain high standards of ethics and morals. All of this is backed by our comments throughout our more than 10 years of history.Baseless comments like yours can have a negative impact on the reputation of any hotel.
