Service staff were friendly, but couldn't find anyone to check in. Had to wait and eventually knock on staff door to get someone to come out. Sheets were dirty. Building is in pretty bad disrepair. It's a motel not a hotel which is fine. Price was good. You get what you pay for.

We stayed in a suit room. It was OK, but there were no towels for dish wiping. One thing I felt sorry is the bath room faucet. We were struggle to how to take a shower. We think the shower needs to be renovated.

Housekeeping didn’t come by at all the entire 4 days I was there. The pillows and beds were awful, I brought my own pillowcase to use for them. The done provide you with body wash for the showers. Just those square bars of soap. My shower didn’t work, and one of my lamps didn’t even have a cover on it. The property needs MANY renovations

I am a housekeeping supervisor for Northern Health so I do have that bit of an annoying quality as a customer - but I think anybody would agree with me hat a litle extra care would go a ways. Remove chunky, obvious stains on the walls. Wipe out your trash bins. Frame of the mirror as well as the glass, etc. The price and room size were right, would probably not return on cleanliness alone.

There was rattling pipes all night and the breakfast in the morning wasnt ready at 6. In fact the staff slept in and nothing was ready to go. Workers were waiting outside a locked door in -25 degree weather . They were apologetic but this was un acceptable.

The staff were great. The rooms were quiet and I was able to get a good sleep. The location was good. The building is run down and the rooms were dirty. You get what you pay for. This was cheap so I didn't expect it to be super nice.

The night auditor was excellent, even helping us unload and all with a smile. Didn't like the need for security in the parking lot overnight, but it did demonstrate the hotel's desire to ensure the safety of their guests and their belongings.

There wasn't much to like. Check in, no conversation, no how was your trip, she handed me the paper to fill out liscence etc. then answered phone, only put person on hold to hand me key. Morning worker no better, she definitely didn't want to be there. Breakfast was the usual cereal, toast, pancake thing, nothing wrong there, but both the coffee and juice were just colored water, wife took a drink of my orange juice and asked me what it was. Room. Although it was clean, $20.00 and 20 minutes for maintenance worker, would of resulted in me not writing this review. 4 lights in room, 1 worked with both bulbs, 1 worked dim, only 1 of 2 bulbs, 3rd had no bulb in it, and bath light was 2 out of 3 working. Light with the 1 working bulb, had shade hanging off attached by a few threads. Toilet wasn't bolted to floor, rocked about 1/2" back and forth. Two people Check in to a room that sleeps 4, but we only got 1 face clothe, oh ya and they don't service room unless you ask. It takes a lot for me to write a review, I don't usually write or read reviews, but everything I mentioned was such an easy fix, I had to, 3 light bulbs, a wrench, drop of crazy glue on shade, and front desk staff with a personality. This hotel was average priced in Quesnel, about 1/2 of what we usually pay for hotels in other places. I'd rather pay double if that's what they need to put a bulb in.

If I could post photos I would. Scum around the inside of the bathtub and body hairs on the bath mat. Hair and dust on the floor around the toilet… I have never seen such a dirty hotel. And no hot water. We went straight to front desk to complain so they gave us another “clean” room. Only to find bears hairs all around the bathroom faucet from shaving. Spots on the faucet and counter. And hairs in the bed!!! We were to tired to complain again after a 9 hour drive. I use to stay at Ramadas but NEVER AGAIN! They should be ashamed of the service. Disgusting.

It seems like the pool and hot tub are rarely functional. This was a big disappointment for us because we had our young children with us and they were looking forward to that. This is the second time we've stayed there in the last few years and both times it was closed. I think it's false advertising. Otherwise, the place is decent. Also, the breakfast had hard-boiled eggs so I liked that they had eggs with the otherwise continental breakfast, nice to have some protein!
