“Queretaro,s one of the Best Hotels, Can wait to go back”

Wonderful Hotel! We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was absolutely AMAZING. The food, service, decor...all of it was OUTSTANDING! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone! We travel a lot and value when we find great hotels thst truly meet high excellence standards. GREAT, GREAT, GREAT just begins to explaain this hotel!!!!! 10 STARS...Plus MORE!!! A+++++!!!

“great price for a great hotel”

The room was very comfortable. The only problem we had was the air conditioner was making loud clicking noises all night that woke us up. The food was really good and at a fair price. Very beautiful hotel that looks very Mexican.

“Big hotel in queretaro!”

Excellent hotel...nice Location...nice in room plasma....Best breakfast buffet intown.......No shampoo in the room....good service...good 3 star hotel...can easily be 4 star hotel if they made a couple of minor improvements....Ask for a pool side view room...

“Queretaro Centre”

The staff appeared to be unhappy and everything seemed to take an effort to make it happen. I got the impression that it was not a happy place to work. The hotel is clean,has character and all the services are available,it's just not a friendly place,will I return? Yes The location is good and I repeat the hotel is clean with all of the services I require,just hope that the staff get a bonus and start to give a pleasant service. Special are should be taken to avoid Jonathon on the front desk who in my opinion is unhelpful,arrogant and in general unpleasant,I personally wouldn't employ him to clean the shoes,the rest of the staff on the front desk were both pleasant and efficient.

“Nice Hotel”

This is a nice hotel with comfortable bedrooms and good service, however it's not within walking distance to the historic downtown. The staff was friendly and the pool area is relaxing. They should really work on their restaurant, the food was low quality, with small portions and over priced... I tried their buffet, but that didn't work neither. Also there was always something left in the hallways, like dirty sheets, cleaning materials, etc. Overall it's a good place to stay if you are attending something near by, otherwise there are better options for your money.

“Not going back”

We were very dissapointed to stay at this hotel. We had to change rooms because our non smoking room was stinking like cigarrette, the front desk lady was skeptical about us complaining about it. The heater did not work on the floor we stayed even though the temperatures were very low and the hotel was in renovations so you have to walk through huge plastic covers through the floors. Making a phone call to a local phone was a pain, we had to call front desk to ask them to dial for us. We thought for the price/reknown hotel chain we would get a good service and room, but this wasnt our case! We rented a car at the hotel which was hugely overpriced and after an hour of signing papers and dealing the car rent they decided to go and check if they had cars available.... we are not staying at any holiday inn.
