Great experience! lay out to get to the rooms was a little weird at first...and no restaurants in the hotel make it little less convenient , but other than that everything was perfect !

Property is beautiful. Room sheets were not changed every day and I ask them to vacuum the floor because there was particles,etc but they never came and did that before we left and we were a there for a week, otherwise it was a nice stay.

Le Capitole was fabulous. The location was just outside the gate to the walled old Quebec City. It was walking distance to activities, restaurants, and shopping. We also worked with a concierge, Louise, who was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, professional, and accurate in all she did for us. I highly recommend!

This hotel was marvelous in every way. The rooms were spacious with quality bedding and lovely views. It is centrally located and easily walkable to anything and everything you would expect to do in Old Quebec.The staff and concierge are gracious and helpful and fun. We enjoyed fireside cocktails and fine dining within the hotel. I highly recommend Le Capitole Hotel and will stay there again!

Good but not great
It was a great stay, one of the nicer hotels I've had the privilege to stay at. Valet was convenient to have for an additional $30 a night. The pool was OK, quite small, with only one working jet. It could be warmer. For it's size no one is actually swimming and is really just to sit and relax in however it is not an actual jacuzzi. For a 5-star hotel, it really should have a jacuzzi and hot water in the winter (not just luke warm). Besides that, hotel room was clean and comfortable, we didn't have a great view as we were facing another building. Maybe you can ask for a nicer view when requesting a room? Overall, very happy but expected a bit more for a 5 star hotel.

At the hotel Le Capitole, our staying was excellent. The rooms, staff, amenities, and service were beyond expectations.Also, the location is perfect! The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly throughout the property and always smiling. I give 5 stars rating but I just could not find anything wrong with this property. The check-in was conducted professionally with a great depth of detail and in my preferred language, which is Spanish.we felt Le Capitole is an excellent value and would love to return!
