“Budget minded lodging”

This is a no frills operation. I didn't expect anything to be too "special" since we were paying about half of the rates that were being charged for hotels downtown. It was located approx. 10-15 minutes from downtown Quebec and because of limited parking near the tourist areas we figured out the bus route, which we used daily. The buses were convenient, but added 20 minutes to the trip each way. The hotel room was small, but comfortable. My biggest issue was that the hotel was a little worn out and needed things like new carpet to give it a sense of being cleaner. The pool was indoors and had some ratty blinds over the windows to block the view of the rear parking lot and dumpster. There was chewed gum on the bottom and the environment was kind of dark and gloomy, but the kids din't seem to notice or care. I stayed with my wife and two kids (10 and 14) and we didn't want to spend all our vacation money on a room so this worked out well for us. Depending on availability I would probably choose another hotel in this area next trip, but wouldn't have an issue staying here if it was the only option.

“Murs de la chambre et bain douteux”

Une première visite il y a quelques mois nous avait laissé sur une bonne impression. Nous y sommes retourné et malheureusement, nous n'irons plus. Les murs de la chambre de bain étaient sale de traces de doigts noirs. Les interupteurs de lumières aussi. Dans le bain il y avait des cheveux (pas les nôtres) et une substance non identifiée dans le fond du bain. Le lit était impécable et le service est bon.

“Hotel ok”

Staff was good ... room okay. Nothing special, but it was clean and nothing to complain about. Pool was nice.

“OK hotel”

All the public area was all renovated and very nice. The room was spacious but needed more thorough cleaning (water stain on the countertops, carpet not well vacumed, etc.). The bed was very comfortable. It was annoying that the hotel actually had put $50 pre-authorization on my corporate credit card for incidentals instead of just taking a copy of the card. Overall, it was OK for one night stay.

“Chauffage bruyant”

Propre, mais le matelas était extrêmement dur et le système de chauffage était très bruyant. Pour le reste c'est correct.

“Le concierge pas sympathique du tout priere ne pas deranger......”

A la reception nous sommes recu par un personnage tres peu sympathique client d'expedia comme des gens . Ce concierge nous decline la serie de transaction et regles pour l'utilsation de la carte de credit et bref accueil a zero et architecture des leiux tres deroutante pour se rendre au stationnement bien que je voyage souvent a Québec je n'y retournerai plus

“Poor choice”

Very very very small bathroom....not so clean. Very loud air conditioning fan: had to turn off during the night. No fridge. Cleanliness of bathroom...so so.

“Stay away!”

When we got there everything was ok until we passed the reception. It all went downhill from there. The hallway was extremely dirty and noisy. The room was tiny, noisy, dirty. Stains on the bedsheets, dirty walls, room temp not confortable, mildew on the bathroom walls plus hole in the ceiling. All the floors were dirty, we could hear other guest going to the restroom and all. Stay away, a cheap motel would be better. Way too expensive for what we got.
