“Quebec Trip”
The hotel suites were just beautiful. We had a problem with our room facing the main street not really something that was their fault due to heavy fall on our arrival the snow plows were working through the night salting the streets and plowing the ice, we could'nt sleep due to the noise. The next morning I asked if it were possible if we could get another room facing any other direction, they moved us within a few hours and all was great. The location was great it was within walking distance of everything, we truly enjoyed our trip to Quebec.... Thanks to everyone...
“Comfort and class in Old Quebec”
Well located on edge of lower town. Handy parking. Like small apartment. Good exercise room. Excellent shower. Great restaurant on St Paul by hotel, Cafe de Malo. Great artwork throughout hotel.
“Would definitely go back again”
Cool rooms in old stone/brick building. Nicely furnished. Suite with kitchen, dining, and living is great if travelling with kids.
“Wonderful!”
The hotel was clean, friendly, decorated beautifiully, and in a great location. We enjoyed the fireplace, walls of brick and stone, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
“LOVED IT!!!!”
Our first room was great but since we were staying longer than 1 day we asked for a better view of the city and they showed us 5 rooms and let us pick the one we wanted. It was hard to choice but finally took a corner room (105) with beautiful windows (4!!) and full kitchen!! They caution us that the noise from the restaurant below might be loud but only heard the music alittle and liked it!! Everyone was great and would definately go back. 5 great restaurants just 1/2 block away with the Old Quebec within easy walking. THANKS!!!!
“Lovely Hotel”
This is our second stay at the same hotel for 2 consecutive years. We feel like this is our second home. We stayed 3 nights longer at this hotel and enjoyed our spring vacation. The front desk staff was nice to offer us a free parking as loyal customers when she knew this was our second stay. The room is very clean, neat and organize. The housekeeping came in daily to take out garbage and refill our toiletries and towels. The room includes a full working kitchen complete with all utensils and equipment, TV/DVD, iron and board. We would definitely come again in the future.
“Helpful and friendly”
The staff at this hotel were outstanding, friendly and helpful to our many requests. Very good english in a city where it is sometimes a struggle. I would highly recommend
“Great location”
Beautiful old refurbished hotel in Old Quebec. Wonderful service with many nearby shops & restaurants.
“Wonderful!”
The hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed there Feb. 27 - March 2 and there was plenty of snow while we were there (1 foot). The room was large and the kitched was a added bonus. The location was ideal to food (a couple of nice bistro's a 5 min. walk away out the front door). The staff was helpful even though they only have a concerige on Sat. & Sundays. Going to the Ice Hotel (a 30 mi. trip outside the city) and Dog Sleeding was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was very polite and the room was clean. We would defintely stay here next trip.
“An Excellent Hotel”
From the time you park your car to the time you leave you will be satisfied with the quality of this hotel. I went in mid March and the rates where excellent for the type of room that I had! the service provided me with everything that I ask for. The rooms Where enormous compared to other places. Everything is in walking distance and even walking at night you feel very safe around this district! Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone business or pleasure I know I will go back here for sure!
