“Super service!”

The staff and facilities of Hotel Manoir Victoria were second to none. I was a little nervous because I do not speak a word of French but I was made to feel comfortable immediately. The staff went out of their way to assist and even made tour reservations for us. The hotel was in easy walking distance of all the major attractions in Old Quebec. It was a wonderful trip and I plan on staying with them again when I return to one of the most historic cities in the world.

“Great hotel in great location”

Beautiful old hotel in Old Quebec City near the Hotel Dieu, not far from Gare De Palais for train travellers. Valet parking only but your car is available anytime. Actually car-free is the best way to go. Service was excellent, both English and French spoken by most.

“Had a Great Time!”

My stay at the Hotel Manoir Victoria was a very enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, being within easy walking distance both of Bas Ville and Haute Ville. My room on the 6th floor was very comfortable and afforded me a great view--all the way down to the harbor. I had the added surprise of having a "front row seat" every night for the enormous video display projected on the gigantic granary, commemorating the 400th anniversary of the city's founding. The hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. The main dining room provided an excellent, very reasonably priced table d'hote dinner. The risotto was delicious! This was my third trip to Quebec: I would definitely choose this hotel again for all the previous reasons--and many more!

“Ideal location”

I chose this hotel because it is one of the rare hotels in the Vieux Ville with a pool. The pool is not large, and useless for laps, but kids have fun in it. The location is perfect--right next to Rue Saint-Jean. Considering the age of the hotel and its location, I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the standard room. Likewise, the bathroom was conveniently modern and spacious. The hotel was very clean. The service was good--courteous, prompt, friendly. I would be happy to stay there again.

“Very good value in Quebec's old city”

Well-located hotel. Charming man checked us in. Room was very large, received an upgrade without asking. Buffet breakfast ample and fresh. Very nice staff in dining room. One of the few indoor heated pools with lifeguard. Good sauna. Small gym. All in all, very good choice and value.

“In the Heart of Old Quebec”

We were 2 retired Chicago Public School teachers stopping at 13 different hotels during a 14 day road trip throughout Canada and the New England States. Hotel Manior Victoria is in the heart of Old Quebec. It is convenient to all of the quaint shops and Hotel Frontenac. The room was deluxe and very comfortable. Lots of steps to the front lobby. Had to go to the SS or Basement Level for ice.

“I will stay here again”

I really liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly. My room was extremely clean. The location was great. We walked a lot, even though we had a car and it was February.

“Can't wait to go back”

We have just stayed at Hotel Manoir Victoria for 2 nights and were extremely pleased with everything. Our deluxe room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the bed and pillows provided an amazing nights sleep. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything. The morning buffet breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a choice of a full American breakfast or a healthy breakfast of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, croisants, pastries and juice, plus endless coffee and tea. The only thing we would have liked is that brighter lighting in the room be provided beside the couch for reading, as the dim mood lighting, while very soft and romantic, made it almost impossible to read a book. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Superior room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully appointed. Pillows so nice I am ordering one from the company. Food was excellent, good value for price. Staff were friendly and welcoming with excellent service.

“Loved this Hotel”

We had an absolutly amazing time at this hotel. Our room was very clean and beautiful with a great view overlooking Rue St-Jean. We hope to return to Quebec soon and wouldn't stay anywhere other than this hotel.
