Greetings, Edward - thank you for sharing your feedback!While we do understand your disappointment, there are no "levels of cleaning" as you say - a typical hotel stay-over cleaning, as per the industry standard, will cover the following things: A fresh change of linen and sheets, towels will be changed and all the garbage cans emptied out.
