We are a little bit confused by them, as our hotel is far from being in the "Center of no where". We are located at the entrance of Quebec City, with easy access to all of the major highways. We are only 10 minutes away from the old town and are located near many of the biggest attractions in town.

We highly recommend you look at the terms and conditions of the rewards programs, terms and conditions we are applying here, as we are expected to. If you want your benefits, you need to book directly through IHG or with the establishment. Furthermore, check-outs are at noon Checking out after our cleaning staff has departed, especially while we are booked, means a room loss for us and we will always charge the night, once again regardless of who you are and how you booked. This is northing more than common sense and is nothing unusual in hotels. It was your decision to leave one day early.
